Problems name during TST

This episode is very strange, we didn't recognise several things as John comportements etc. but I just want to point out that we saw Sherlock saying correctly (thanks to John for sure) Lestrade's name for the first time in the fourth season. Then we have almost something strange that Mofftiss cut off several names for this episode, first the name of Mrs Hudson which turns to be Mrs H from John. We have of course the initials of AGRA from the beginning. We have SH for Sherlock's signature still from the beginning. And the name of Tatchers who become Mrs T from the client. And we have too the new characters: E ("Elisabeth"), the women in the bus. And don't forget the quote from Mycroft who said that he liked it.I don't if I forget some or whatever that could mean buuuut I needed to write it down if anyone of you have some theories about it
