guys help ive been going karte for nearly 10 years and i litarly cant do a push up. i am in the fucking army how am i this week. I HAVE BEEN DOING ARCHY SINCE I WAS 6. isgt there is something wrong with my body (other then my bones being fucked) and i dont know what it is.

This is me so far, I’m planning on loosing at least 65 pounds since my goals is 35. I haven’t eaten anything today, I walked around the block at 6:00 AM and when I got back exercised for 10 minutes, then at 8:something AM I exersided till 9:00 AM, I plan on eating at 2:00 PM and it would be jello which is 70 calories.
