Okay so what if. Marshall is already a vampire. So instead of coming out to Roma after Marshall fake dies Benedikt tells Roma that Marshall turned him into a vampire. Rosalind is turned into a vampire by Lourens instead of the FLF immortality to save her life. Lady Hong is trying to engineer alternate strains of vampirism to do evil villain things that try to get around different vampire weaknesses. This is why Rosalind can enter places without permission. Orion and Oliver are not vampires. Instead their blood is just like extra nutritious or something and they can’t be turned. Lady Hong uses their blood to feed her vampire army. Oliver left because Orion wouldn’t shut the fuck up about how much he wants vampires to bite him. Celia is just sick of everyone’s shit as usual. Alisa wants to be a vampire so that she can climb walls and turn into a bat. Phoebe thought she couldn’t be turned like her brothers but then got turned by Henri which is why Orion disliked him. She later turns Zhenni. Silas initially can’t decide whether or not he wants to be a vampire primarily because he doesn’t want to agree with Orion on a topic such as this. This changes when he is assigned to uncover the identity of Priest, who is a vampire assassin. Phoebe turns him after she hits him across the face with a gun in ch 52.

I think part of the problem with me potentially actually writing an flf vampire au ever is that I think being bitten by a vampire would be scary and not fun because I am a loser who likes having blood but that is ok if I ever have time I will power through and I will write something horrible because I feel like this being badly written to an extent would make it funnier
