this is going to be a long post! below are nonhuman flags related to vampire: the masquerade, made using the template by @revenant-coining. all flags use the colors of their respective -vampic gender flags!

maindox, also known as boydox, is an othellic-in-nature term for when one's gender simultaneously is and is not male-in-nature or male-aligned. one's relation to being a boy, man, or male-aligned feels paradoxical.

"feindox" and "maindox" are derived from "FEIN" meaning "female-in-nature" and "MAIN" meaning "male-in-nature" respectively, and "-dox" from paradox.

these terms were originally coined on our old blog, @vesivampire-archive; feindox was coined here (link), and maindox was coined here (link). the old flags and definitions are fine for personal use, but these should be considered the main/"official" flags and definitions.

these flags are interchangeable, we just couldn't decide which we liked better so we're sharing both. these use colors from our edits of the mainstream butch, futch, and femme flags.

futchfluid was not coined by us, but we can't find a definition to link to that matches the way we use it. our definition of futchfluid is someone who is fluid anywhere on the spectrum from butch to futch to femme. people who identify as futchfluid but use different definitions may still use these flags if they like.

this uses colors from our alternate butch, futch, and femme flags. this is made as an alternate version of our other futchfluid flag that was based on the more mainstream butch, futch, and femme flags!

lindox, also known as boygirldox or girlboydox, is an othellic-in-nature term for when one's gender simultaneously is and is not androgynous-in-nature or androgynous-aligned. one's relation to being an androgynous-in-nature gender (such as androgyne, boygirl/girlboy, femache, etc.) or androgynous-aligned feels paradoxical.

"lindox" is derived from "LIN" meaning "androgynous-in-nature" and "-dox" from paradox.

the definition and flags were updated on oct. 4th, 2023. the old flags and definition can be found below and are fine for personal use, but these updated versions should be considered the main/"official" flags and definition.
