" it's not because she's his daughter that he asks. others might question how someone could plot the death of their Own Father: but Taiyang doesn't. no, he knows it: sometimes, family is the easiest target. history breeds resentment in you . . . the time spent together shows you all of their flaws; unlike a stranger, you couldn't convince yourself that your father was an innocent, undeserving of the act . . .

that's not why he asks. he just needs to make sure that Gaya is going to get it DONE; isn't being impeded by her fear of consequences, or punishment, or anything else. his desire for this one man's end is unusually urgent, but he doesn't say why. ( one might assume that it's because the minister is a 'bad man'— the very kind that Black Fang is known to target. but truthfully, that isn't why he frets; . . . it's because if Gaya doesn't do it soon, he's worried that Quinn will . and if she does, what happens next? that chain-reaction of events is one he'd rather not have to worry about. no, he's not usually one to be afraid of consequences, or troubled by uncertain futures, but . . . when it concerns Quinn's future, her safety, all bets are off. )

this blog is now @hymnoire.

I decided to change this blog and only write Gaya (and her alter ego) here, which slightly changes the tone of this blog. I'm really looking forward developping Gaya's backstory involving her childhood in a orphanage that was borderline a cult, and expend her universe by giving her her own space.

Worry not Mara is not deleted she is added to another blog I had that I renamed @geaesaekki (which is the former name of hymnoire), as I loved that URL and want to keep it. On this blog I had an Ahn Sohee fc named Devora and I might revive one of my muse who used to be a Suji fc, might revamp her a bit as well, we will see later on about that. if you still want to write with Mara, I'll answer our threads there starting from now on.

I was sick of the URL "usuhan", I renamed it @rosedesang, it is the blog where I write Bellamy Serephina and Dante who are Gaya's adoptive family. If you're interested you can follow that one too.

He'll never understand how Miharu has the ability to make allies so easily-- a skill he's never had to do, because he's too busy at the hospital to even have a social life. At least that's what Mikoto has been convinced of doing. Now that he's risen up in the ranks of the hospitals as one of its top doctors ( and treating underground allies alike ), he had begun to find himself with a more flexible schedule - some months, he could find some time off and spend his vacation annoying his little sister. Because who else could he bother besides her?

And not to mention, her friends were kinda hot. He called it as is, and he was proud for not being a terrible playboy like his other siblings. Gaya was an enigma to him, but not a stranger. She was cute, a little crazy, but then, that was something he could forgo.

He's currently drinking some scotch, lounging at the bar that he expected his sister to frequent. Gaya, he saw, but his sister's amiss. Perhaps I'll have to call her later.

So he waved at her, a seat available next to him. A charming smile he knew most ladies could not resist-- perhaps even Gaya. "Fancy seeing you here," he greeted, as she plopped next to him. "What's your poison?"

NAME?: Lynn, Lynnie

PRONOUNS?: She / Her

PREFERENCE OF COMMUNICATION?: I use discord for chatting, plotting, talking about muses and making servers for resources and group plots! IMs is annoying, if someone's serious about plotting and doing things together, let's just go to discord

MOST ACTIVE MUSE(S)?: I have several blogs so my main blog is @uroborosymphony and I'm also a lot on @geaesaekki. The two most active muses are Ara and Gaya my favorite psychos

EXPERIENCE / HOW MANY YEARS?: I would say 10 years. I started on Tumblr back in 2012 it was such a long time ago wow. Then I moved to twitter it was fun the first years then turned into a waste of time and now back to Tumblr for some OG roleplay and I Love it here.

BEST EXPERIENCE?: Like Ferre, Lena and Winter said : our group plots!! Our verses are sooo exciting and the creativity is INSANE I love everything about it!! Also being back to Tumblr is soo satisfying and the fact I met all these amazing writers with whom we aspire to the same things for our muses I love it here.

RP PET PEEVES?: Honestly I've found my people all the RP pet peeves I used to have are completely gone. Simple : I deleted the people I couldn't stand anymore and all is right in the world, rp is perfect.

FLUFF, ANGST, OR SMUT?: I love a fair mix of all! I just like my plots intricate and with many layers and the moment we have that, it gives depth to any fluff angst and smut we might make

PLOTS OR MEMES?: I would say plots, I LOVE plottings I always have ideas left and right. What I like the most with plots is that then we get to discuss our muses and keep imagining more and more things to get into so it's not static plotting it's like an everyday plotting kind of situation with me .

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES?: Funnily enough it depends on the blogs and muses. I tend to write very long stuff here on @uroborosymphony and for my japanese boys @yaoogui too because the plots lead to long replies. As for @geaesaekki I manage do do shorter things. I like shorter things too these days, it's fun.

TIME TO WRITE?: It varies but usually during week days after work if I'm free in the evening, because on the weekends I'm always busy and traveling. I wish I could do something cool like a queued system but I tend to immediatly post when I get something done.

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S)?: I don't think I am, my characters are usually insane, very toxic and love to toy with peoeple's mind HAH. I'm kinder than most of them even if I don't take shit from nobody. But I might be a psycho too who knows :)

"WHAT DO YOU THINK? YOU READ THE PAPERS." For a moment, a pang of guilt sinks into her chest- she shouldn’t have said that. Unlike the rest of their family, Gaya is actually tolerable to be around. Fun, one might even say even if there are times where Gaya is unreadable. But don’t all family members have their flaws? The Kang family, Aeri knows for a fact, is no exception, how violence seems to slip from one generation to the next like their very blood.

Aeri huffs, refusing to budge, however, from the pearl white couch in the room. It’s the one thing that has been spared from her…frustrations. The rest of her childhood was not granted the same mercy. The blankets and throw pillows from her bed are spilled across the marble (white still, of course it’s all white) floor, joining the paper, sketchbooks, and books that once were stacked on the vast desk. The door, somehow, despite the dent on the floor, manages to stay shut too. She looks up at the ceiling- the chandelier is still swinging slightly from her previous frustrations. Aeri groans.

God, she forgot how claustrophobic her room in the Kang mansion actually is. Not even the view of the skyline can alleviate it. It’s no wonder she jumped at the chance to move in with Deva when the opportunity presented itself.

“Unnie, if you’re here to scold me, don’t worry. My lovely parents already beat you to it. The golden goose is probably on his way to do the same.” And without asking for her side of the story. And asking why she can’t be more like oh-so-perfect Seraphina. As fucking usual. “But if you have to know, I don’t regret it. He fucking had it coming– I don’t care if he’s renowned in Paris, he’s an ass and someone had to put him in his place.”

we did talk about this briefly but...ILANA?? being the lu*cy-gr*ey figure for my interpretation of SNOW 🤩🤩🤩 aka being the one person who haunts him for life bc she was the one person who escaped him....and who he could never control. i see them being like toxic lovers ( although the toxicity is probably coming from his side more :'D )...this is also to say though if we're doing something similar to the books, i would love...if ELISE, the mockingjay figure in our THG verse, could perhaps be a descendant of ilana since she had to have heard one of ilana's songs (the hanging tree) from somewhere....i don't think elise would have to be a grandchild of ilana, but you know ilana haunting snow would be a dream come tru of mine <3

still building on that though, PERHAPS?? in the crime verse, since i plan on SNOW being like the mastermind of ANACHRON, maybe he and ILANA could also have been lovers for a brief time too?? before she scams him and maybe it was a while back , but snow also suck at letting things which is probably why he ended up opening base in seoul aka subconsciously looking for her, but also wanting to hm, how should i say this, show her how much better off he is without her anyways if that makes any sense?? basically he's a boy having a temper tantrum about a situationship that didn't work out fjskldfjskl

also obviously GREY and ARA, still gotta work out most personality and backstory stuff for him, but grey would follow ara to the ends of the earth <3

i feel like GAYA and GA-RAM could probably have a connection of some sort too since most likely gaya would have heard of ga-ram's father AND probably about yo-han as well...maybe they were acquaintances since they're technically in the same field.

also i remember!! seeing a plot you once posted with the other muse killing someone and MARA being there to help them through it....what if that muse was ANNIE :3 ( although she might end up going to ARA instead though 🤔🤔🤔 ). this could also be NELL since she wouldn't want to tell myungdae or alfred about this :/ nell could also help mara with mask girl things since that does take place...over the net too!!

on a lighter note though, perhaps MARA could be acquaintances with SUKI since suki does drop by the gangnam police station often to visit her friend there...i think they could get along and also suki is....a fan of vigilantes so she would probably following the activities of mask girl bc she can 🤩🤩🤩

also if MARA is looking for more...illegal information, perhaps ALFRED could be a source of information. i have a thought about him opening up shop in seoul with a coffeehouse as cover for dealing with the exchange of information (it also acts as a community center in the neighborhood tho <3)

more MARA apparently :'D i think you also mentioned looking for undercover threads so perhaps since FELICITY is also undercover as an executive assistant for guess who, SNOW, she and mara could be allies of sort on the field? more on that later!!

gonna be honest, i don't know if i have as many for the muses here since most of my muses aren't exactly involved with straight up ya*kuza crime life...that being said, i still would love?? for DAI and SUKI to like be friends kinda?? since i MUST continue the trend of suki being friends with the most unexpected of ppl...maybe she doesn't have to know about dai's history, but she could become a regular at the octogon club... dai probably invited her bc he thought she was funny and she was like 'well i like free alcohol, can you get me paper too' ...gonna be honest but i feel like this would be more of a crack dynamic :'D

eventually i will get to writing a more formal backstory for this verse, but for now, take these bulletpoints regarding aeri's modern verse instead :DD

a model turned designer!! she does still do modelling gigs on occasion because she's gotta get out of the house somehow- there are only so many hours in a row she can spend alone in the atelier fjksdlfj but nowadays as she knows her modeling career won't last forever, she's currently making the jump over to designing

she's always been designer at heart though- she's been sketching her ideas for clothes since she was a teenager. while she could have technically worked exclusively as a designer, going through schooling that way, she chose to be a model in order to get practical experience ( and to get away from her family )

she's a runway model and will only work with the finest of the finest clothing brands. think well known luxury brands like dior or saint laurent- she won't take anything less.

she started modelling when she was seventeen - the modeling agency that took her on didn't think she was serious at first, seeing that she was recognized as an heiress of the kang family

they didn't recognized her in the application right away because she chose to go by her korean name, rather than her western name that her family would refer to her by - Allegra.

she's the youngest daughter of the kang family and honestly? they're still just as shitty and negligent as they are in her thg verse- mom is judgemental and cares more about her and the family's reputation than her own family, dad is distant and a workalcoholic...here though aeri's siblings are kang 'bellamy' bohyun and kang 'seraphina' sera ( both of whom are portrayed by the AMAZING @usuhan 🤩🤩🤩 aka if you're not following lynnie what r u doing :// )...and quite frankly they're both kinda awful too :'D

honestly? aeri low key hates them all, if she could have it her way, she'd stick to her long time fiancee devora song ( @devangelis - also written by lynnie, <3 <3 <3), her bestie ji hyun ( @mythvoiced - LENLEN ILY ), ...and also kang gaya ( @geaesaekki- guess who?? it's lynnie!! :D ), her cousin and the only tolerable person in her family

unfortunately, being a kang comes with responsibilities and she's rather used to the luxurious life she's living so she has to go to the family dinners and galas

BACK TO THE PAST THOUGH, modeling for aeri was not only her way of rebelling against her mom's expectations, but it was also her means of escape. finding a way to step outside of her perfect siblings' shadows. modeling is not just a job, it's a lifestyle

so if the public thought she was just a spoiled kang brat, at the least the fashion world did not. even if it infuriated her, being considered just another face in the long line at first, she put her head down and worked her way up.

( she might have played hooky multiple times to do these gigs )

being a model helped her learn to rein in her temper ( most times ) and to be more confident. features that her mother considered to be 'ugly' and 'out of place' in comparison to say sera's, the fashion world saw as unique, something to be emphasized
