Yes!!! I love this idea. He tries to be subtle about it at first because he thinks it’s embarrassing and the HPSC 100% would’ve discouraged more animalistic behaviors so he’s likely got some level of shame around it. But when you point out he tends to do it in spring and ask about, he finally admits what’s going on and then is so floored?? When you’re understanding and sweet about it????

Imagine one day he has to work late and he comes home thinking you’ll already be asleep and it’s just making an already shitty day worse but then you’re up waiting for him wearing his clothes already with a midnight snack “““for him””” because you know it will make him feel better to take care of you and satisfy that baser instinct for a little bit.

Did someone saY ITTO HEADCANONS. The only man who has as treasured a place in my heart as Hawks. I have no idea which way Imma take these but here have some hcs

Loves it when you explain things to him even if he has no idea what you’re talking about it

Stares at you with heart eyes as you talk about school or work or whatever it is

If you’re prone to re-telling the same story over and over again like me he fully reacts as if it’s his first time hearing it every time

Admittedly though sometimes that’s because he also forgot you told him the story already

It’s mentioned in canon that he’s a bit of a crybaby but I feel like when he’s really upset he just gets quiet like we kind of saw during his story quest when the blue Oni said Itto was the real one tarnishing Oni pride

Most stuff rolls off his back pretty quickly but when something hits too close to home he gets real quiet and will only tear up about it once he’s safely wrapped up in your arms when the two of you are alone

Cannot hide his emotions at all, mans is a wide open book written for children

Which also means he’s very open about how much he absolutely adores you

Definitely does huge over the top gestures even if it embarrasses you, I am so sorry but he absolutely cannot help himself

He was probably so excited to introduce you to Granny Oni, literally counted down the days and circled you like a puppy the whole time

Kept staring at y’all like 👁👁 the whole time you were all together tryna make sure you’d get along

Of course you get along and afterwards Granny definitely thanks you for watching out for her boy :’)

Unironically thinks couple shirts and stuff like that are cute. Will absolutely pout to try and convince you to wear one with him

It’s not subtle couples’ shirts either. It’s a pair of those gaudy “I’m with them —>” shirts and shit like that

Will be absolutely adorable if he convinces you to put it on and it almost makes it worth the embarrassment almost
