got a return check on a big deposit i made and i bought 150$ worth of stuff across two cosplays which idk im thrilled about ive spent more on halloween. a lot of this stuff is coming in soon and its so excited to get started !!!

mae: i got the wig and two shirt parts. concept rn is to style it middle part and to do the thing where you cover the part you want “dyed” in a light coat of concealer and put eyeshadow on top bc i might wanna use this wig for other thigns later i dont wanna be stuck to mae. other than that im gonna try to use my own clothes. im really trying to do cosplays where i can either wear the stuff irl or use my own clothes

leon: man his is exponsive but its a passion project. im treating him as a cosplay where you either do it really right or you look really stupid. SO excited for the piercings, found a really cool way to do tongue and labret. also ordered a new chain/belt thing bc my current one looks like shit and i dont want to incorporate something so cheapy into a cosplay im investing so much into. i have tanktop i plan to retrofit into his design, and a pair of jeans/shos that will work. rn the hard part is te jacket that’s gonna be one i just keep adding to as time goes on. i really want to make it SO elaborate but rn i gotta just wait. i bought one that was pretty distressed so that’s good at least

not starting kim until i get more money back/a job. crazy how you break up with your toxic ex who made you buy all his food for 4 years and i have tons of cash lying around

also - i started a wishlist on amazon. i do plan on getting involved in cosplay tiktok/tumblr. if i get engagement i might post the wishlist places idk. rn its for like additional decorations, plus i put in two parts for a cheap baseball uniform bc i think baseball leon would be fun.

unrelated but does anyone have contact advice. i would like to do contacts but i have a really weird eye-shape that isn’t noticeable most of the time, but one of my eyelids is super small and its really hard to hold em open to get them in. idk. i would like contacts but yea.

hi so uhhh i havent been on tumblr in a long time, like years?? my mental health got better smh. anyway i came back and i still follow u and i know u nd ur bf were in a ldr before u moved and i was wondering if i could ask some advice? me and the guy i like and who likes me want to try dating but we have a big distance between us, uk and us, so a big time diff and i was wondering if there r any tips u kno that could help and make it easier until i get to go see him? if that makes sense aha

i havent used it since i moved but we used rabb.it all the time! its a website where you can both join a room and use the built in browser to watch something together on netflix/youtube/wherever, and you can chat by typing, phone calls or video calls at the same time. its a ton of fun and basically lets you have a long distance movie night. aside from that we were texting on kik a lot, i also think snapchat would be nice because you can just be like “look at this funny street sign i saw!” or w/e and send each other a bunch of random pictures just for fun. you can also send each other packages with personal stuff maybe? have him send you one of his shirts to wear to bed youll love it. half the fun of dating is stealing all their comfy clothes anyway! for birthdays and stuff we handled that by making a wishlist and the other paying, i mean, everyone loves getting packages in the mail and it saves a lot of money if he gets you something from somewhere in britain because he doesnt have to mail a gift from overseas. we also made each other playlists on 8tracks before that site went to hell but if you can find an alternative that could be nice tooidk how big your time difference is but ours was 8/9 hours and it sucked.. i was still in school most of the day and at about 3pm or so he’d have to go to sleep. & then id stay up past midnight to say hi when he woke up before going to sleep myself. dont be like that. we both fucked our sleeping patterns really badly lmao… please dont do that. what id do when he was asleep was texting him what i was doing and stuff so he could read it when he wakes up. like “im feeding my dog rn and hes being so cute! (picture of dog)” “im out shopping now and i found this bread whose brand is my actual name (picture of bread)” and so on. and i dont mean like an exact protocol of your day, just things that made me think of him or that i wanted to share with him throughout the day or whatever else i was thinking so when he wakes up and im still asleep he can read it. and idk. thats kinda how things went. we were together for 1 year and 8 months before i got to meet him. you just gotta hang in there

Im not really sure tbh, although it would be nice if there was a little more space and better lighting than my room has. Would love to get some small plants and stuff and some owl related cushions or something6. What fictional place would you like to visit?
