why is eating weird and inconvenient at times like 🙄🙄🙄🙄 brain and stomach pick a feeling and stick to it

#like i havent eaten much... i know that i should be hungry #i worked all day and what ive eaten consists of: a piece of bread and soy milk at 9am.. a sugar cookie from work.. a green tea latte at 2pm #a cup full of pasta and veggies from my coworker at like 5 (my only real food) and some chips and salsa at like 7pm #i SHOULD BE HUNGRY!!
