i’m just going to ignore the lack of plurals in that question and go with my top 5 faves (i’m a libra i can’t choose just one sobs). in no particular order:

tine teepakorn - i have never related to a bisexual character more. also he is sO dumb it hurts how much i love him dsknfkjdnf

kurosawa yuichi - he is the softest man, the biggest dork, and those smile whiskers literally cured my depression. idk man i just think he’s neat :(💕

kang seojun - there’s something inherently sad about seojun but the fact that he smiles through everything.... *head in fucking hands*

cha siwon - queen dasuel really knows how to write sympathetic-pathetic charas so well lmfao like, the secondhand embarrassment i got from him and the fact that i still adored him through it all. iconic, truly. another insecure character i relate to on a deeply personal level 🤪🤙

aoki sota - insecure bisexual.... holy shit i’m sensing a pattern here. he is pure of heart, dumb of ass, and i would kill a man for him and hashimoto

the white lion gang— particularly any line boss had (which you just know was a gunsmile adlib) but also the scene in s2g when the cake goes on fire and boss, the freak that he is, is like “cool!” whilst everyone else is freaking out around him jsdnfjdksn also i nearly died laughing when we walk into one of the scenes and boss is telling phukong “i knew your brother when he was this big [motions fist] and now he’s this big [slides hand down fist]” idkidk it’s just gunsmile’s expressions kill me. also: all of adachi’s spastic outbursts (esp when he’s with tsuge outside his apartment and then kurosawa’s ‘eh?’... omg also tsuge and adachi’s telepathic conversation in front of kurosawa dskjfnjfdnndksdjn) and green’s “what?!?!?!” lives rent-free in my head 24/7

who would be the funniest person to watch a bl in its entirety and which one would you make them watch.

re-watching twm with @patspran was a hilarious ride 10/10 would do it again. as for making someone watch a bl, if i had to make anyone watch a bl i would probs make them watch light on me because it’s pretty much a hi-teen web drama and i feel like that’d be an easy way to ease someone into bls,,, slowly make our way up to thai bls lmfao

Okay these were fun to think about! Thanks for asking!

42. Who do you wish you could romance that you can’t? At first, before playing the rest of the games, I would have said Anders because I loved him in Awakening. So keeping with the Awakening theme because these are the characters I very much adore, I would have to say my boy Nathaniel. I’ve seen a lot of rarepair ships with him like Bethany Hawke or Nanders and I just think its neat. Maybe I have a weakness for men that try to kill me i dunno. Grumpy boy with a heart of gold? I also love him so much as a character and how he finds happiness and purpose in the wardens too. Nathaniel Howe. A good boy.

44. One romance you just can’t stand/doesn’t make sense/etc? I have problems with several romances in Inquisition in not being able to call out or have a conversation that at least makes the character re-think or consider their opinions from another side. (For example, Dorian re: slavery or Sera re: internalized racism).

That being said everyone knows I do not like one (1) bald egg and therefore I also really cannot stand his romance. I couldn’t even complete it when i played the game for the first time and didn’t know how it all ended, I got so annoyed by the way he looked down on my dalish inquisitor that I really couldn’t logic how she would put up with his bullshit enough to romance him so I did a U-turn on that. And now, knowing what I know, I still haven’t been able to go back and finish that romance because I simply do not like it. Power imbalance, the “you’re not like other people of your race”, yeah I dunno the romance annoys me. Disclaimer: If you romance Solas, you do you, I just hate it personally.

46. A character you’d love to drop in a volcano and forget about? UHHHHH lmfao read above? Solas? But I suppose if he’s a proper antagonist I don’t even need to forget about him if I’m given the option to fight him.

Okay in that case I bestow this honour on Mr. Noodlehead himself: Cullen Rutherford. He just needs to go. We’re done with him.

47. Best antagonist in the series? This is actually difficult. Wait.. no it’s not. It’s Loghain. I love a villain that you can understand their motivations and what drives them beyond “they are inherently evil and destructive” and I find him a super compelling antagonist. Even in the end, it comes down mostly to politics and the way you handle him, not everyone even has to agree with it. Like he falls outside the usual realm of like, ‘oh obviously we have to kill this person/creature or else the world will end’. I like a political antagonist and that ultimately you face him in a landsmeet (even if it’s true that it ends in a duel but that’s just Ferelden lol). 48. Worst antagonist in the series? This one is easy. Corypheus. He is an antagonist that is larger than life, pretty much just set on destruction, and I’m like, dude I do not care what you want I am going to stab you until you die. Not to mention with the writing of inquisition, nothing about him feels truly scary. The first attack was like holy shit how are we supposed to beat someone this powerful……. But then he never comes back. So you lose this sense that he is actively working against you that by the time it comes back around I’m almost like “who are you again and why do I care”. Unlike Loghain where you constantly get things peppered in how he is fucking things up for you specifically lol. 101 Dragon Age Asks
