I wish every paper/project could come as easily to me as my photography class projects go. The first project is due on Monday and I'm basically done, I finished each step according to the timeline the teacher suggested, put time into it outside of class as needed and without fighting with myself about it and come sunday/monday I won't be scrambling to get it finished.

Mean while I have an English paper that is due today that is only half written, and the only reason I even managed to get it half written is because we had to turn in a first draft last Thursday. It's like pulling teeth to get my brain to even think about it or to even open the document. I have to fight myself every step of the way. It's torture. And every paper I have to write and every project I have to do is like this. It's no wonder I'm majorly burn out after 3 years of this.

But with the photography project, I just did it. Is that what it's like for neurotypicals? Can they really just say, "I have this paper that's due in two weeks, so I better start it now." and then actually just start it?

I've already dropped my English 200 class twice because I just couldn't make myself get the papers done on time. (granted the second time also coincided with my mom's death.) After the second time, I decided to wait to this semester so that dropping it would not be an option. This is my last semester. I am graduating this spring. All I have to do is write three papers. (I mean, I have other classes too, but I'm just not very worried about them.)

Why is this so hard.

It does get better though, senior year is usually easier. Also, look forward to dan missing phil and skype boyfriends over the next couple weeks lol! Dan's a brave man, I would not spend that long in a cabin with my family. And, today is my birthday! It's so weird it kind of crept on me, I didn't realize until yesterday that my birthday was near lol

and YESSSSS omg if either of them insta stories a cute photo or video of them on skype together i can die happy 😭😭😭 and SAME?? i still have flashbacks to the 2 week summer road trips my family took when my brother and i were in high school and just.... yeah, what were my parents even thinking hahahahaha. hopefully dan’s trip is a lot nicer, especially since he seems to finally be on good terms with them now! but at the same time, i am starting to wonder if norman was just a replacement for him lmaooo

i hope this week goes a bit better for both of us! i really miss just being able to chill on tumblr and even fic writing so yeah fingers crossed i can come up with some kind of schedule soon. and happy birthday again!!! 🎈🎈🎈🎈 (i just realized the balloon emoji reminds me of IT which i’ve never seen bc i hate scary movies but yeah oh well it’s staying ^_^)
