Still so amused/annoyed that in the game Geralt was all 👀😲 at the mere idea of Dandelion potentially choosing to have sex with someone who has a dick. Like, he probably didn't even speak to a woman until he was a grown ass witcher!

Look me in the eyes and tell me he didn't hold Eskel to "keep warm" during cold nights at Kaer Morhen. Even if nothing ever happened, there's no way it's a novel or weird concept for Geralt.
