I've got a cold and can't sleep because the cold symptoms cause me to feel uncomfortable and annoyed and I can't relax even though I'm extremely tired. I've got an important thing at uni tomorrow that I'll have to attend no matter how little sleep I get and it stresses !!! Me!!! Out!!!

My nose is even that clogged and my throats is bearable, I'm just constantly uncomfortable and in a pissy mood what can I do about it
