happy 2 years of almost complete sobriety to me

the last tiem i got drunk was on 13.01.2022 </3

since then i only drank literally a handful of times, it was always just one glass of wine or beer, only after a whole day of working. small amount of low percentage alcohol after manual labour is almost a divine experience, can't say the same about binge drinking.

i also took shrooms a couple times

but what is the most important i haven't touched opiates, stimulants or prescriptio medciation in a very long time >_<

#sobriety is not fun and honestly it sucks #i can'y stand myself #being with myself #having to liosten to my thoughts #i wish i had something to mute myself/my thoguhts #but the alternative is much worse #and leads to misery #so i have to learn to live with it\ #it does get easier #with time #a little bit #month after month #i love not suffering from physical side effects that's for sure #that's the best thing about being sober #not being in pain #sobriety #moje
