🤯 What's a genre you struggle with as a writer (ex. romance, action, etc.)?

Am I allowed to say all of them? Action I guess, I can't write anything that actually moves a plot forward apparently it's all just feelings and sex and flashbacks

💞 Who's your comfort character?

Ruth obviously but then actually she's not always comforting to watch (cough pike cough Nolan cough ice her myself) so I actually think Miss Gillies just makes me feel good and wholesome and I love her and I cannot wait for @train-pirate to continue to corrupt her.

💖 What made you start writing?

Snowpiercer fic in particular? Canon brakenight scratched a sapphic itch so I turned to ao3 after the show ended, discovered melruth was a thing, fell in love with them, saw the See You Around scene again and was suddenly like "I gotta write this!". Oh also couldn't stop thinking about Mel fucking Ruth in the hospitality office so I wrote that at the same time too. Idk it's all a blur, came for brakenight, stayed for Melanie freakin Cavill (so gay for her dude), got total bodyslammed by a British lady with a redemption arc and now I'm a Ruth simp with a love of chaos.

Snowpiercer is the most deliciously frustrating thing I’ve watched in a long time. 

The fact that Melanie Cavill is my type down to the letter t (HBIC secret softie who’s mentally unraveling as she tries to keep everyone alive), but she’s so very morally grey and the ‘good guys’ all hate her...

That moment she froze and broke Josie’s finger (and I decided I could no longer stan her) and then spent a good while throwing up in the toilets because of what she’d just done (and I decided I must stan her forever)?? i’m so fucked, guys.

God damn, let her just be the head engineer and live happily. Coz I know this is going to end badly for her, and she deserves better than that.
