#endorsement Public Safety tops the list of concerns of District 9 residents. I will work with other Council-members, Chief Ballard and the new Mayor to increase the number of patrol beats in each of our Police Districts. More Officers on the street will be a deterrent to all crime but in particular those directed at our kupuna and crimes of opportunity.
