Term recoining: Itherinity
This one is a self recoining. Some years ago after a discusion on a discord server that doesn't exist anymore I came up with four qualities:
Virinity - The quality people on the gendervir/miagender spectrum. Could be considered a subtype of masculinity.
Erainity/lierinity - The quality specific to people on the genderera/genderlier/fiagender spectrum. Could be considered a subtype of femininity.
Neutrinity - Comgender neutrality. The quality of non-agender gender-neutral/neutrois people. The quality of being niaspec, but not agiaspec.
Itherinity - The quality of genders described as an "other" or "Something else"
All these were coined before the viagender spectra and were coined to differentiate masc from male, fem from female, etc. With the coining of fia/mia/nia/ouia vs fin/min/nin/ouin having different sets of qualities doesn't make much sense, at least to me.
Neutrinity is still useful because it referse to a specific type of gender neutrality, one that's strictly and specifically comgender/allogender.
So I wanted to recoin itherinity, not as a counterpart of outherinity, but as a more specific form of outherinity.
The other day I coined "Anderinity" to refer to the quality of genders like peraverique or mavilya that are born from the combination of two distinct outherine genders/gender qualities.
Itherinity is the subtype of outherinity that describes those genders and qualities that are entirely new with no connection to previous existing qualities, yet not exactly xenine or anything on the like. It's basically a terms for the outherine qualities that are defined by:
Otherness
Gender autonomy
Authenticity
Individuality (as in being exclusive on an individual)
Examples of itherine qualities are perine, ilyagine, maverine (also known as maveriquine), etc.
It does not include outherine qualities born of uncommon combinations of the main four or five qualities. Troininity and droxininity are outherine, but not itherine. See dipherine for those.
Originally it did include brand new qualities that could be compared/shared characteristics with previously existing non-outherine qualities, but I've coined umbine and preterine for that now
Itherine qualities are non-combinatory/unambiguous.

I know a lot of people have question about the different between the different outherine genders/qualities, so I'm making this post to explain them as much as I can:
Aporinity
[PT: Aporinity]
A quality for genders defined as being separate from male, female, and anything in between, while still being a strong and specific gendered feeling.
It can be both a specific quality or an umbrella term for qualities that are comgender and abinary.
It is not:
Feminine, masculine, epicene, femmuline or androgynous
A lack of gender
Beyond the concept of gender
Aporagender can be:
Comgender neutral (and when it's purely neutral is not outherine)
Relative to neutrality and other non-outherine abinary qualities
relative or comparable to femininity, masculinity, etc
Born of the combination of a brand new quality and a neutrality or of one of those with one of the main qualities.
Some specifically aporine genders are:
aporagender
Aporaique
Aproxora
Maverinity
[PT: Maverinity]
A quality for genders, like maverique (from which is derived) characterised by:
Gender autonomy
A strong sense of gender
The lack of any kind of connection to pre-existent qualities
It's not:
Xenine
Beyond the concept of gender
The lack of gender
A combination of genders
Derived from pre-existent midbinary or abinary concepts
Some maverine genders are:
Maverique
Gendermaverick
Maveresque
Mavraen
Proxveri
Autonominity or gender autonomy
[PT: Autonominity or gender autonomy]
This quality refers to genders characterised by:
Independent.
Self-determination.
Being defined by oneself, without the imposition of outside structures and authorities.
The re-definition of pre-existent qualities, gender and roles through a personal, individual lens.
In this last point lies the difference between this quality and maverinity; while maverinity is only itherine, autonominity/gender autonomy can be umbine or preterine too.
This can also be used as an umbrella term for all the qualities charaterised by autonomy, including maverine genders.
Some autonomine genders are:
Autonomique
Egogenders (autonine)
Maverine genders
Alithix (As it's defined by personal authenticity)
Ilyaginity
[PT: ilyaginity]
It refers to genders, like ilyagender (from which is based) with:
A tangible presence of gender
Fully disconnected from pre-existent qualities/concepts
Some ilyagine genders are:
Ilyagender
Proxilya
Ilyaen
Autoninity
[PT: Autoninity]
It referse to qualities an genders characterised by being exclusive of an individual person (or system)-
These genders are collectively called egogenders and are characterised by:
Complete autonomy from pre-existent concepts
Individuality and personal autheticity
Relation to one's personhood or systemhood.
Self-determination
Perainity
[PT: perainity]
A quality for genders characterised by:
A complete disconnection to the fem/masc/neu trinary
The presence of gender
The lack of confusion or apathy regarding one's gender.
It's not:
Feminine, masculine, neutral or any combination between them.
Agender or quoigender.
Some peraine genders are:
Péra or Peragender
Peraique
Proxpera
Atraeninity
[Pt: Atraeninity]
This quality exist in relation to both masculinity and femininity, but rather than existing in between or as a combination of them, as it's the case of androgyny, epicenity, effemininity or femmulinity; it exists in opposition and confrontation to/with them, as if forming a triangle.
Here a quick graphic I made visually explaining the relation between femininity, masculinity, androgyny, epicenity and altraeninity:
Tumblr media
Altraeninity is characterised by:
Being midbinary.
Being described by a sense of "pure androgyny
A feeling that your gender "matches" femininity and masculinity or male and female, while not being derived in any way from them
A sense of gender
There are also qualities, like Ambiguity/ambiguinity, pandrogyny, ainulinity, aineminity, etc that can be considered ouherine or not. I'll put them in a different post.

Mavilya
Mavilya - Maverique + Ilyagender
Definition:
A gender that's the combination of maverique (or any maverine gender) and ilyagender (or any ilyagine gender). Being simultaneously, in between or a mix of maverique and ilyagender.
"Having an autonomous and tangible gender experience characterized and accompanied by an inner conviction of a sense of self that's not male, masculine, famale, feminine, null, neutral, neuter, neutrine or genderless in any shape or form, nor a combination, intersection or derivation of/between any of those"
It's similar to peraverique, but resulting from the combination of maverique with Ilyagender, rather than Péra(gender).
Flags:
3 stripes Maverique-style mavilya flag:
Tumblr media
[ID: A flag with three horizontal stripes, each of a different colour. From top to bottom, the colours are: brown, orange, and yellow. /End ID]
Colour meaning:
Brown - Colour present on the ilyagender flag, but not on the maverique flag: ilyagenderness/ilyaginity.
Orange - Colour present on both the ilyagender and maverique flags: Represents the intersection between maverique(hood)/maverinity and ilyagenderness/ilyaginity.
Yellow - Colour present on the maverique flag, but not on the Ilyagender flag: Represents maveriquehood/maverinity.
5 stripes, peraverique-inspired mavilya flag:
Tumblr media
[ID: A flag with five horizontal stripes. The top and bottom stripes are orange. The middle stripes are each of a different colour. From middle-top to middle-bottom, they are: Yellow, white, and brown. /End ID]
Colour meaning:
Orange: Mavilya. The combination/Intersection of Maverique and Ilyagender
Yellow: Maverinity
White: Genderness. The strong sense of gender that characterises mavilya, maverique and ilyagender.
Brown: Ilyaginity
5 stripe mavera/mavir/mavrois-style mavilya flag
Tumblr media
[ID: A flag with five horizontal stripes, all in shades of brown and orange. From top to bottom, these are: orangy brown, light tan, orange, dark brown, reddish orange. /End ID]
There are not specific meanings for each colours, orange and brown (which is itself a shade of orange) and colours commonly associeted with brand new qualities, unrelated to pre-existent ones. Both ilyaginity and maverinity are such brand new, unrelated qualities, making mavilyaness a brand new, unrelated gender experience.
Some derived terms:
Mavilyaginity: The quality related to mavilya. A combination of maverinity and ilyaginity.
Mavilyagine: Someone or something characterised by mavilyaginity.
Mavrilyaen: The mavilya equivalent to man/woman. A combination of Mavraen and Ilyaen.
MAVILIN: Mavilyagine in nature
MAVILIA: The viagender equivalent to mavilin.

Albireian - A term for someone who is ilya-aligned. Having an alignment towards ilyagenderness.
Some examples of Albireians are:
Someone who is partially ilyagender.
Someone who has some sort of connection to ilyagenderness, regardless of actual gender.
Someone who has a gender similar to, but not the same as ilyagender.
Someone who is ilyingender/connected to ilyaginity regardless of actual gender.
A non-binary individual who presents ilyaginely, regardless of actual gender.
Someone connected to ilyagenderness through their experience with society. They may be treated as and/or have experiences similar to that of Ilyagender.
Etymology: Ther term "albireian" comes from the start Albireo.
This term is part of a group of itherine alignments named after starts in the Northern Cross asterism. See also:
Denebian (Deneb) - Mav-aligned
Sadirian (Sadr) - Péra-aligned

New gender quality: Anderine
An ambiguous outherine quality born of the combinationation or intersection of two or more pre-existing outherine qualities. Which outherine qualities are combined depends on each anderine person or gender, It could be:
Maverinity + Perininty
Maverinity + Ilyaginity
Maverinity + Altraeninity
Perinity + Ilyaginity
Perinity + Altraeninity
Ilyaginity + Altraeninity
And many more...
It could also include outherine qualities that are "Uncommon combinations of/between the main four or five qualities". So any combination including, for example, troininity and droxininity with other outherine qualities, could be also considered anderine.
Anderine comes from "andergender" a gender experience describing a feel of a gender with an outherine aspect + one more extra aspect that can be also outherine, but in a different way (two outherine qualities)
This is not a term for the combination/intersection between an outherine quality and one of the main four/five qualities.
The flag:
Tumblr media
[ID: A flag with five horizontal stripes. From top to bottom, the colours are: Magenta, Violet, Cyan, Brown and orange. /End ID]
I choose the colours Magenta, Violet, Cyan, Brown and Orange because they're present (not necessarily all of them together) in the flags of many outherine genders.
I coined this term because I basically identify with/as all the possible ambiguous genders and qualities for my race/ethnicity, neurotype, etc. Including:
Androgyny
Any form of outherinity that's the uncommon combination of the main qualities.
Any form of aporinity that's the combination of brand new qualities and one or more of the pre-existing qualities.
I needed a name for the qualities that are outherine + outherine that I experience.

I think we should have butch/femme equivalents for the different outherine qualities.
No, I'm not saying someone with an outherine gender cannot be butch, femme, futch, etc. We totally can and some of us are.
1- If used as presentations/aligment terms, one can be ouiagender, but not ouingender or have some kind of non-outherly presentation.
2- If used as gender, one could be multigender and be both one or more outherine genders and butch/femme/futch. That's my case, for example, being omnigender.
But, for that very same reason is usuful to have maverine/ilyagine/perine/autonomine/altraenine/ambiguine/etc equivalents because people who have some kind of queerly outherine presentation exist, regardless of if they have outherine genders or not.
If it's possible to be a butch maverique, then it should be possible to be a [maverine equivalent] proxvir, for example.
Remember: Presentation/expression is not binary. Any "futch doesn't exist, there's only butch and femme" or "nonbinary people don't owe you androgyny" (see how neither "nonbinary" nor "androgynous" (or a derived term) have been even mentioned in this post, except for this disclaimer) will be answered with a block.
