okay so i’ll you about indian food. first of all, india is so fucking diverse that there are whole DIFFERENT cuisines in different states lmao. i’ll tell you a bit about northern india even though all states in north don’t eat this but some of them do lmao. common foods are different types of paranthas, biryani, currys, sabzi’s(sabzi is basically any vegetable cooked in indian style), pulses(not steamed but indian style lmao), cholle bathure, lassi, butter chicken, kadhai chicken(lots of types of chickens) pork is not a big thing here but lamb is! and there is differnet types of lambs! and beef(that’s cow right?) is prohibited(cattle slaughter is not permited). okay now, currys or sabzis are eaten WITH rice or roti! and so are most meat foods! and desserts include things like gulab jamun, jalebi, kulfi, kheer, gajrela, ras malai etc. also, i know some of these names you may not know and might have to search if you wanna know what these things are but there are no english names for them lmao. im SURE i missed so much stuff in this and then there’s east, weat and south india which insaid nothing about🤪

that is sososososo cool and waaaay more interesting than what we have throughout all 50 states here adjfskfsf. the only differentiation i really make between the different foods we eat in different parts of america are traditionally eaten foods at holidays, and thats only a difference of like 5 dishes lol. this is so cool thanks for sharing!
