This is a massive rant about my job and my manager

So I am looking for another job. Feel kinda bad cause they are SUPER short staffed but I am also stressed to the max cause the manager is just... UGH. Case in point, I was late today because of a scheduling mix up, long story, mostly because she changed the schedule then refused to make copies for everyone and basically you have to check it everyday because it changes, constantly and I thought I closed today but turns out I didnt and I was over an hour late because I didnt know I was opening and I was asleep! I was a little peeved because I was up late cause I thought I was Closing turns out I wasnt. And I wanted to stay till 5 because I was late and wanted to make up the lost hours. At 1:30 she poses it to me like it was a choice, that I could go home, I told her that I wanted to stay because of the lost hours she told me that I needed to leave. So I did and immediately went to the supercuts two buildings over to put in an application. I go about 8-10 days in a row without a day off and I am exhausted and tired and I just cannot work with them anymore. The hours suck, like overtime is great but there comes a point where I need more than 1 day off a week. I need a manager that is not a tool and to not work my ass off everyday because she let them go home early right before and/or right at our busiest time of the day!

I feel like not only am I working overtime but I am overworking myself because none of them clean up after themselves. I always have to do it. And when I was a little peeved because I had to clean up after them I GOT WRITTEN UP FOR HAVING A ‘BAD ATTITUDE’ 

HOW THE FUCK IS THAT A LEGITIMATE REASON TO WRITE SOME ONE UP? 

HOW ABOUT YOU LAZY ASSES CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR FUCKING SELVES.

HOW ABOUT INSTEAD OF ONLY MAKING 1 ACCURATE COPY OF THE SCHEDULE YOU ACTUALLY GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES AN ACCURATE COPY OF IT OR LET THEM KNOW IT WAS CHANGED!

What happened to you let you employees choose their hours. And if they want to go home early they can? or how about if they dont want to but you send them home anyway because your an asshole and dont know how to deal with conflict with your employees besides writing them up for stupid and completely arbitrary reasons.
