I have been discussing this with my friend:

Why is Arajin moving back to Honki machi?

1) We got a conclusion that Arajin's mom and dad are live separately but they didnt get a divorce or anything, probably Arajin's dad has a job who make him go to another place and the mom didnt want to leave their family restaurant, that is why she still wears a ring. His dad probably already away since Arajin still a kid, and after that one traumatic event, he maybe thought it is a good idea to live with his dad now since he wants to avoids Matakara. And being with that, he has to leave this town.

Now, why is he coming back again? And its not like he wants to coming back tho

My friend and i comes with these idea:

1) His Dad dead(doesnt looks like it)

2) His dad has to move again to another city (still, Arajin can still follow him no?)

3) His dad actually a bad parent and abussing Arajin without the mother knowing (here comes the angst)

4) His dad just think its a good idea to give him back to his mom after 5 years
