I have come to the conclusion the Oscar Isaac and Pedro Pascal need to be in a movie together. Like ridiculous comedy movie or tv show together.

Premise (because I find ridiculous buddy cop movies entertaining):

Pedro plays a cop, Detective Hernandez Estrada and Oscar plays his long time partner, Detective Jose Balmeceda.

They each moonlight as highly skilled, reclusive thieves, but neither of them know it.

They get assigned to a case that involves crime scenes and thefts from both of them.

So the whole movie they are trying to keep the other guy from finding out he is a thief while simultaneously, and unknowingly, investigating the other guys thefts.

And the whole time the thefts each of them were hired to do lead to a bigger evil plan from the police chief, who doesn't know the thieves he hired are his own detectives.

And during the whole investigation, Pedro's and Oscar's explanations for knowing a lot about the in's and out's of thieving is not i saw it on a different case it's 'I went to a seminar' or 'I saw it in a documentary one time'

Funny addition is their codenames are Baby Chicken and Grumpy Eagle.
