Truly wild that some vegans everytime you make them notic that a vegan only diet is not sustainable for everyone they will literally go no you're lying it's actually good and sustainable for everyone you're just searching for excuses and then you'll hear other vegans tell you how they need to be careful with their diet because even one day off could be bad and so they have to prepare everything for different days just to avoid that especially and so they acknowledge that it's not a diet for everyone

Some vegans need to acknowledge their ableism for real
