I am so sick of Man City. I saw a post how Pep got angry at Haaland on the match against Leeds because he let gündogan take the penalty and Gündogan missed the penalty that time they were leading 2-0 and after the Penalty Pep got angry at Haaland and told him he should’ve taken that penalty i mean i get the „winner mentality“ of pep and tbh he’s a top class Manager but sometimes he is soo annoying like just stfu you are already leading 2-0 wtf you want and it’s not like Gündogan is a bad player he’s one of the best players in Man City ffs

yeah earlier in the season there were rumours of pep having tension or a difficult relationship with a few of the players (incl haaland) which makes sense to me seeing as he comes across as a hardass. i can understand ppl who enjoy that type of management but it's not for me, especially with younger players like haaland. in his first season as well, with a lot of pressure on him already, the last thing u need is that bald demon shouting at u. idk. i think young players benefit more from constructive criticism and encouragement, i think that kind of energy from a manager helps the group in general. just my onion. feel bad for the young players.
