#birds #eurasian blue tit #cyanistes caeruleus #like ik that one has fledged bc i saw it fly #and there are babier fledgeling pics out there #but they fledge from like 18-22 days which is not even a month #and there was a fuckton of blue tit fledgelings in my garden april-june #but those are all almost indistinguishable from the adults now like they're getting their grown up feathers #but this one is just so baby and there are no other babies in the entire garden that are this baby #this is the babiest blue tit i have seen outside the nest while still being alive and well #it's so fluffy..... #it was lowkey seeing that fluff and not being able to touch it #*edit: lowkey torture lmao #i kept an eye on it tho bc we get red kites kestrels and sparrowhawks here #and several cattis #and this baby as you can see. let me get very close. so was clearly too baby to understand potential danger and avoid it #and my dog recently ate an equally non-alert sparrow so i was like oh my god baby naur #oh also if anyone's wondering abt fat pigeon he's fine
