Both Sides of One

The sound of a loud rumbling snore was the first thing he heard. Next was the feeling of being moved up and down while surrounded by something warm, soft and ticklish against his face. Megatronum opened his red eyes groggy from sleep. Stretching his body on what stirred him awake, he looked at his surroundings and like every morning he woke, it was with the sound of his father’s snoring and the warm tickling fur of the massive giant he was laying on.

Megatron was deep asleep on his back in the shadowy cave. He had dark purple fur, red eyes, large curved horns on his head and down his cheeks like a crown , a tail with a sharp blade like tip and massive bat like wings strong enough to fly through any storm. His shoulders also had spikes protruding out and three scars going down the middle of his face. This beast of fear and power was the leader of the Decepticon colony and unknown to anyone outside the colony, was Megatronum’s father. Megatronum was a lot like his father with the same crown head shape, though his horns haven’t grow out fully yet so he only had small ones. He was dark purple like him too with the same wings and tail only his tail had other blades going down it and he also had patches of red on his legs, arms, and wings. Where his father had over five spikes on his shoulders Megatronum had only two small ones on each side. Last of all what he had different from his father and almost ever other cybertronian was a purple glowing diamond on his chest, hands, and forehead.

Megatronum sat up rubbing his eyes awake. He struggled and wiggles out of his fathers arms and fell back and rolled down and onto the ground with a “oof”. He rubbed his rear and as swiftly as possible before his father woke up and tried to make him sleep in like all the other adults, he ran out the cave and through the rest of the cavern, tumbling over the rest of the decepticons and out the entrance to the outside.

Outside the cave was a mountain side view with deep large forest with metallic vegetation and a large flowing river of energon. Megatronum stretched one more time in the sunlight and stood back up. He was just deciding on which path down the cave entrance to take down and what he wanted to do today before two small masses of red and purple fur ran straight into him.

Megatronum: “ H-HEY!! WHAT IN THE-?!”

Rumble and Frenzy both smile Innocently.

Both Rumble and Frenzy: “ hehe..oops..”

Megatronum rolled his eyes and pushed them off of him, dusti his fur off.

Rumble: “ heya little boss, ye weren’t just gonna leave without us were ya?..”

Megatronum sighed: “ not like I have the choice apparently…”

Frenzy snickered getting a loud smack from Rumble.
