The Sims 2 For Rent - CC EXPANSION PACK

Last week the Sims 4 got a new pack, this week Sims 2 players get that same pack! In a collaboration with @platinumaspiration and @tvickiesims and a HUGE assist from @episims, we bring you "The Sims 2 For Rent CC Expansion Pack!"
This is a large set, and advisable that it does not get merged even further than it already is! - I ran into some issues when trying to do this!
When you explore this pack, please take a look at the marble ring rug, it has some surprisingly cute rug swatches! I put a swatch in it to remove the marbles themselves, so you have a cute small rug! - I only mention this as I was going to bin the rug off once uploaded, but then I found it had some lovely swatches!
FUNCTIONALITY
So most of the items will function as they should and intended as. Its just not just deco items.
There is two collection files included, separated into build buy! Please note that fences and stairs and spandrels cant be but into a collection!
The squatty toilet that took me over 12 hours to make, yeah they squat, animation can be a bit bouncy but such is life. This toilet also can be flushed, get dirty and is cleanable!
Outdoor plants are seasonal!
Counters are animated with insides built, there is no drawer on the counter, I did not want to change the shape of the unit, and saw EA did the same - ignore the fact they grab something from a non existent drawer
Wardrobes have interiors elements, and have working doors!
Each Kettle have two versions, choose only one, one for the colour traits mod / one 'normal'. They function as Tea makers! Huazzah!
Spandrels in build mode are classified as fences. I made a variant with fence / no fence.
Several of the larger deco pieces such as the Arch Gate, or umbrella are actually lights!
Radiators act like radiators!
The Aircon Unit is completely functional, doesn't lower bills, but it does lower sims temperatures!
"Water Heaters" act like solar panels, they get money off your bills!
The Electrical Fuse box has 2 versions, I kept them both in, one wall deco and one functions as a burglar alarm - I wanted more alarms.
Most Sofas / Chairs have morphs!
Slots added to the Vanity and Bathroom Cabinet!
FENCES / SPANDRELS / STAIRS OH MY!
I have included swatch images of each of the spandrels, fences and stairs and labelled them to match, this is so that you can go in and take out any of the swatches you do not want. This is because there are lot of new fences and the menu can feel cluttered with them in for some people.

Mini fridge is cloned from Targa over at MTS - so now it works just like a regular fridge barring a few animations (get baby bottle and juggle)

4T2 Functional Treehouse!

Not the biggest set for you, but some of the hardest work! Thank you @lamare-sims for sorting out the routing and clipping issues (twice because I broke the first one trying to do it myself)
Thanks to @tvickiesims who made this tree seasonal! - not sure if its seasonal in TS4, it wasn't when it first came out!

4T2 Hood Tree Defaults!
UPDATED TO HAVE SMALLER TEXURE SIZES

Today I have a default replacement bundle for you, this replaces majority of the trees in the hood menu. Fully seasonal, placeable anywhere!
For reference, this set does have more polys than the Linden tree set, incase you wonder about that! I do love the linden trees, its just they dont match my 4T2 game anymore!
It does not replace the firs from later EPs, they will come at another date - see pictures for reference.
They are designed to go with the Flora Default Replacement by Tvickiesims!
Included is 3 versions of the Red Bud Tree, one of them does require Better Nightlife if you choose that version. They are in a seperate folder and clearly labelled.
There is a package file named "LC_LotTreesPlaceableEverywhere" what this does it allows those trees that are replaced by the flora replacement by Vickie to be placed anywhere now. I am aware there are things out there that do the same thing, but I do not have them and I needed them to be free! All trees in this set are unlocked to be placeable everywhere.
This will obviously conflict with any default you have that replaces any of the hood trees, so please bare that in mind!
Thanks to @tvickiesims for helping me with the fall colours; I would of just made them all red otherwise!

Every Wall from TS4
Sul Sul!
BOY do I have a BIG set for you; I'm sorry @sims4t2bb for giving you tons of work this week!
This set contains basically every wall from TS4. I have included collection files for you to be able to pop in get the right walls as you see fit.
3796 walls converted,
It is recommended that if you play with my defaulted walls, is to take the defaults out as there will be duplicates, I will update in the future maybe...
It pairs lovely with the entire floor collection that I have made and uploaded and updated previously!
Collection files include floors AND walls (and any items that I have converted and you have in your game so far)
Thanks to @tvickiesims and @platinumaspiration for helping with some walls / floors for some of the sets,
I have included already uploaded walls from the converted sets that I have uploaded. So you will have to delete the duplicates if you have the packs too!

4T2 Typewriters!
Myself and @tvickiesims wanted to have a way to have these typewriters in the sims 2, but did not want to have a random screen etc!
~This was originally a computer, but has all functions scrapped apart from the write novel part etc.~

4T2 Little Campers Kit
Sul Sul!
Today brings you a new conversion, the entirety of the Little Campers Kit!
Things to note;
@tvickiesims had some conversions done already, thank you for doing the projector and Gnome and allowing me to include!
She also gave me an option for the book piles to be a functional bookshelf, that is included too!
@platinumaspiration also did the doll house! Thanks again for letting me group it together!
Numerous surfaces have slots,
The activity table has been edited slightly (the chair rotated) and turned into an end table!
There is a deco item and a toy version of the Little Camping Buddy, the toy may be tidied away when sims clear up the toys so you might loose the money! Makes sense though, kids always loose stuff!

4T2 Horse Ranch - Part 1

I have made this a while ago and lost momentum in converting the rest of the pack, so instead of hoarding this lot, I thought I would just upload and will finish at a later date!
A far amount of items are not converted by me yet, but one day it will all be done!

4T2 Home Chef Hustle
Sul Sul!
Another day, another collab, more conversions!
Myself and @tvickiesims collaborated and converted everything from the Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack from TS4, minus the tall hanging shelves, counters have interiors and are animated, fridge / sink / stove have joints or morphs etc. The mixer operates as a mixer! The shelf has no slots as its a light, BUT with shift anything, we don't really need them!
The food stand operates as a 3-tile table, so you can have one chair there and it not look weird, but has the normal table slots so you can place things on their and sell them!
The Cook Book, if placed on any surface, (minus the counters and islands) it can be used as a bookshelf.
Some items are repo'd to one another, they are in the same folders, my Sims4Shadow file is required, you only need one of these files in your downloads folder, but included just incase.
Waffle maker / pizza oven / scales are just deco.

4T2 EP12 Highschool Years Locker!

Today I have converted a locker from highschool years, there is an open and closed option requested by chocolatecitysims and @kashmiresims! I have been sick so need to catch up with everything...
They are located in surfaces - misc.
Quarter tile placement and moveobject cheats to get them to but up against each other.
Several recolours,

The open version has a slot at the top!

All items have been converted, the record player acts as a stereo, the dresser has insides, so you can see clothes inside, the TV painting is actually a TV too, living chair has morphs, rug is off-grid ready, bookcase has 5 slots. Collection file included!

4T2 Functionable Pizza Oven with TS4 meshes / textures!

I was gobsmacked when@jacky93sims made the pizza oven functional, BUT as sad as this is, I want my game to be 4T2 friendly, which means a new mesh and new textures! So I replaced the recipes and plate to TS4 Pizza and a pizza board!
I have updated the names to better reflect their sims 4 counterparts, (I would like to add more in one day, maybe soon) but atm they are replacements and use the same GUIDS, so either mine or Jackys; you will not be able to have both, sorry!
I also fixed the seams issue I had with my oven, and I took away the shininess also!
Pizza's have been fully morphed and animated, there is a slight gap at the half way mark, but I guess thats where the pizza is cut!

4T2 Chimney Default + Recolours!

I have a new mesh / recolours for the basegame chimneys to match the Sims 4 Entire Wall Collection!
Included is a new wall texture, its a seamless stone from GetTogether without the shading / wood elements!
How to make recolours!
Recolour the default package (CEP included here) to make new recolours! You can now use the regular wall texture, no editing needed! Providing the texture is seamless, it *should* be okay!
