ik. was she mad at her body reaction? yes. she was. especially when she loved to voice her own thoughts when it comes to him or his coven. always saying amen to her parents but what about her? what about her own feelings? sometimes, it was hard being around him. especially when he had that effect on her. the way he looks at her and she is at the palm of his hand. just like right now. isla looked at kenneth, captivated by his charisma and magnetic aura. she knew that even dressed soberly, she couldn't hide the effect he had on her. his intense gaze seemed to read deep within her, revealing emotions that she herself sometimes had difficulty understanding. " kenneth, " she began, her voice both soft and full of the intensity she felt in his presence. "there is something captivating in the way you look at me, something that awakens sensations in me that i cannot ignore. even dressed normally, i feel naked under your gaze, as if you could see through through the layers of fabric to reach my soul." she let out a sigh, trying to collect her thoughts as the emotion threatened to overwhelm her. "what you do with your words, kenneth, it's almost magical. each of your sentences is like a caress on my skin, awakening shivers that run through my entire being. you have this unique way of making me feel desired, loved , and yet, never stripped of my dignity." isla looked away for a moment, trying to control the waves of emotion that threatened to overwhelm her. then, looking back into kenneth's eyes, she continued in a more confident voice: "but you must also understand, kenneth, that even though you have this power over me, i am more than a simple reaction to your words and in your eyes. i am a person with my own thoughts, my own desires, my own limits." she has to put them somewhere, right? she has to allow herself to take control, even though, today, she doesn't have any. doesn't meant that she was going to shut her own thoughts for coming and putting her own limits there. she took a deep breath, feeling the overwhelming need to express herself clearly. "i don't want you to think that i'm just at your mercy, that you can make me come as you please just by using your charm. i'm here because i want to, because i feel something strong for you. but i want you to see me as an equal, not just a reaction to your advances." isla paused, letting her words echo in the air between them. then, with a shy but sincere smile, she concluded: "i want us to build something real, kenneth. something that goes beyond instant passion, something deep and lasting. and for that, we must understand each other, respect each other, in every aspect of our relationship." that's on the table. for the first time, she won't deny him. as long as he won't deny her as well.
