#still on covid recovery too #exam next week #my brain has a difficult time understanding physics #and im quarantinated #my broken arm isnt fully healed yet t #finally spring is here but i cant even go out #therapy is a lot nowadays; emotionally so #its not ALL bad; my friends & lover are supportive thankfully #and i ordered new books mostly japanese literature and they areived #i also bought tpn manga!!! it came today im so happy! #but im overwhelmed #but also oddly proud that i started #aaaahhhh sucks being a perfectionist and having high standards #i have been struggling with perfectionism for so long now #and this is despite me getting therapy #its really hell #perfectionism is a bad thing #i mean most of the time perfectionism helps me to do good things but if i dont think things will be good i stop doing them which sucks #perfectionism #vent #nila stuff #if you read my tags i love you
