hello hello! this september 1st marks the 20 year anniversary of gregor the overlander, the first book in the underland chronicles series by suzanne collins! i wanted to do something special to celebrate and i thought a little (re)read event would be a lot of fun!

all of the details are in the images above (image descriptions provided), but here are the dates once more:

Aug. 7th-11th --- Gregor the Overlander

Aug. 12th-16th --- Prophecy of Bane

Aug 17th-21st --- Curse of the Warmbloods

Aug 22nd-26th --- Marks of Secret

Aug 27th-Sept. 1st --- Code of Claw

and remember to use the tag #TUC20 during the event to meet and interact with other fans + #TUC spoilers for any new readers we may have during this time. i'll be going through and reblogging posts, so feel free to tag me (@prophecyofgray) as well!

I once again have drawn my signature Ripred tournament art for this amazing matchup! As you can see, I am very talented.

Since Ripred won against Remy, I'll be drawing every matchup in the tournament- and reminder that if Ripred wins I will badly draw one rat OC for everyone who asks! Thank you for your concern but I am COMMITTED. As for the rat OCs… I think I could do it, just not in a timely manner. But it would be worth it for the Ripred Sweep.

Okay… I didn’t want to have to do this but I REALLY want Ripred to win…

I said I would draw every bracket in the bratcket if Ripred won everything, but I’ll change that. I will do that if he wins only this round.

If he wins the entire competition, however, I will (badly, hence the title of my blog) draw ALL OF YOUR rat OCs (limit one per customer). I know there are hundreds of people following this bratcket, and it may take a long-ass time for me to complete it, but it is a sacrifice I am willing to make!!!

Hopefully this has any effect whatsoever on the polls. The straws have been grasped at, run like the river, Ripred.

damn i think theres something wrong with mobile showing me what asks i've gotten, because this one and other one i got didn't show up in my notifs. i'm sorry i'm only seeing this now that i'm on desktop!!
