going foward
hey there everyone! with another project down, i am gonna be swivelling most of my attention to my original comic, but, i dont want to stop posting here entirely, so i came up with a little solution!
after this post, i'll reblog some colour palettes, and edit the links into the bottom of this post, and people can send in a colour palette and a mario enemy/character if they so wish, for a little piece! this may be cell shaded, water coloured shaded, whatever im feeling like in that moment, i'll make the choice there
i am gonna lay out some parameters below though, since i havent played every mario game, and there's some charactes i just dont care to draw
i WILL draw (any exceptions will be listed in next section)
-almost every character/enemy/boss from any super mario game from new super mario bros ds, up to super mario wonder!
-almost every character/enemy/boss from any mario and luigi game from superstar saga to dream team! (this includes minion quest!)
-almost every character/enemy/boss from super paper mario, or captain toads treasure tracker
-mario in any of his outfits from odyssey
-mario and luigi (and possible peach and toad) in any of their power up outfits from any of the games above! (eg cloud mario, fire luigi)
i WONT draw (/things im iffy about drawing)
-characters/bosses/enemies from games, havent played/didnt finish (that arent in other games). so ones unique to things like paper jam, sticker star, mario sunshine, etc
-how do i say this.....very basic mario characters that arent really in the main games ive played. stuff like...waluigi, wario, donkey kong or a basic toad or yoshi, or daisy (i know shes in wonder but again, not done yet kjgsndsjgkd)
-very complex designs, particular mech based. im doing this for a bit of fun/cool down in between full coloured and shaded comic scenes, so for example i dont particularly want to be drawing mecha wiggler or brobot lol. in general just keep in the complexity of the character design in mind before sending
also in general, i naturally have a right to not draw something if i dont feel like it kjgndgndj, but i will try my best!

twitter sucks, so I'm mainly posting on here now, mind joining in?
heyoo! it's been a while since I've been on here but I think I'd like to start somethign new :)
if you don't mind, could I take ~20 minutes of your time (maybe less if you get the gist of it and scroll)? it'd mean a lot ♥

twitter is a GREAT app!
before, this account used to just be reposting art and spamming random thoughts like it's twitter, but I've learnt since then that this isn't twitter at all. twitter has some great stuff, I get to talk to friends, find more through mutuals, share and reblog art, and become more immersed in the communities I love! that's great to me, but it resulted in me being stuck with it... and I mean stuck.
twitter is the ONLY app I can use!!
I've tried to leave the app several times, but the thing is all my friends are on it, so I have to use it to talk to and stay updated on my friends. I barely tried a discord server, but starting conversations really aren't easy when there's nothing to talk about. the thing with twitter is that it lets you be updated on what your friends are doing, so you can chime in and talk about whatever, it's a cute ecosystem that messaging apps and stuff like reddit struggle to maintain (reddit posts and replies are messy but I can't pin on why lol, just take my word for it [also who has a private subreddit lol]). BASICALLY twitter is too good to leave.
twitter kinda really sucks...
now you may ask why I'd want to leave the ideal app? well, twitter DOES have its problems and I think many are aware of it. it has a practically unmoderated void of the timeline that you can't help but check out to find new people, but you just get an unrelated mess of people posting 7 word phrases for interactions from randoms and it becomes an addicting cycle to scroll. just checking the app after being logged out awhile resulted in 20-40 minute scrolls, and it's taken away from my morning sometimes.
on top of this, GOD twitter is depressing.

... is an inevitability that you'll see often while just trying to look for your friend's posts, or sometimes they'll even repost it on their page... and it gets depressing. I don't want to see the world falling apart while I'm talking to friends, I get politics is important but my #1 rule is that it isn't shoved down my throat, and twitter is the biggest discriminator without a doubt.
twitter is also a huge unmoderated pit of posts, I've muted all that I can but people still find a way to be sexual, even minors but that's a whole other rabbit hole. there's no real way to mute it all, and it sucks. nobody uses spoilers on images, and twitter's timeline is a mess so you'll get some random's TOP 10 WACKY OPINIONS ON RANDOM WOMEN out of nowhere ┐(´ー｀)┌
the thing is, twitter was made back in like 2008 to post very short phrases on what you're doing, but now it's evolved poorly into a mixed mess of becoming THE social media app
so use Tumblr, PLEASE..!

I didn't realize that 2010s web-blogs were the future, but blogs actually are a perfect solution! I read this article not too long ago, and I loved it. isn't it cool being able to just read some person's cool opinions and thoughts on their little journeys?! from there I got to thinking...

it does!! I can check in on my friends on one page dedicated to them all, I can support cool artists, I can meet new mutuals, find new people with the # pages actually being useful (twitter's one sucks, don't you lie to me), the For You ONLY shows tags I follow, sexual content is banned, people actually use #s in posts which I can mute easily, there's like no politics and I can enjoy my space in PEACE!
so can you help me out and use Tumblr with me?
this is literally the best app for literally any community, but the tragic thing is not enough people use it. I get that new can be scary, and a month ago when I did use it, it was pretty difficult, but once you get the hang of it, you'll learn to love the new side of your communities! you also have your own space, so you can post your slick rhythm game scores or live posts of tv shows, it's great!
so with the whole essay I made, totally consider adding Tumblr to your ecosystem! make an account, get started talking to people, share the love for this app getting new people in here, and have fun!
you're gonna need some basic "get started" tips and get some extensions maybe, tumblr is an old place and has its own style, so I wouldn't skip these (they're short, promise!)
here's a twitter thread I used ages ago, super useful!
apparently my friend used this and got good tips, some extra pointers if you're interested!
as for me, I'll be talking more about things with you people on both apps, but mainly on here, this is the return I'm comfortable with, I'll still be on twitter for random silly posts, but general stuff goes on this blog. I hope this works well enough and I really would love to see all of you guys on here too!

Hello Tumblr! I need your help to make something good happen - it’s super easy and I don’t need any money.
So I’m planning to create a VR program that will allow the user to experience the most beautiful, awe-inspiring corners of this planet as realistically as possible from the comfort of their own home.
The reason why I want to create this is because we are all creatures of Earth and we should all be able to bask in her divinity, regardless of background or socioeconomic status, but unfortunately not everyone has the resources required for travel, up to and including being able-bodied. There are lots of amazing places on this planet, but some of the best are also some of the most remote - not exactly accessible to everyone, especially people with mobility issues.
This is where I need help: if you have a disability that is a hindrance to you exploring the planet, or if you have a terminal illness and you don’t have time to see everything you want, or even if you are able-bodied and healthy but can’t afford travel - I need you to use either replies, tags, asks, or DMs to tell me where you would go if you could go anywhere. What places do you want to see that aren’t accessible to you? What adventures do you want to go on, what kind of things do you want to see, what kind of challenges do you want to go hard at that aren’t accessible to you? What view do you dream of seeing one day?
Do you want to climb Everest? Do you want to dive in the Mariana Trench? Do you want to see the Great Barrier Reef? Hike through the Amazon jungle? Go zip lining over Niagara Falls? Hang gliding over the Grand Canyon? Tell me about it! Tell me where you want to go and what you want to do, and any little specifics about the experience you’d be most excited about, and I will do my absolute best to recreate it in a VR environment as realistically as possible.
Also, if you can think of anything that may get in the way of being able to wear a VR headset that I should be aware of, and especially if you already have an idea for a solution, please let me know! Please also let me know about any specific accessibility settings I can add that would make for a better experience. I’m already planning to add options for subtitles, colorblind mode, and epilepsy mode.
I will be doing a VR version, but there will also be a regular desktop version for those who don’t have access to VR equipment, and both versions will be free.

Completely insane TotK theory
first off, hi im running on like 6 hours of sleep and two slices of toast so please take everything I'm going to say with like five mouthfuls of salt.
What If Link Just Dies
We know that the logo is an ouroboros, and the broken master sword is included in the logo as well. Nintendo has also said that this sequel will be really dark, comparing it to Majora's mask. Well, what if Zelda and Link journey to face Ganondorf's corpse, wake up Revenge Corpse Ganon, and can't beat the source of the malice plaguing Hyrule? What if the new hair-down Link that we see is a new incarnation or some sort of incarnation saved from the dead?
Since the logo is an ouroboros, it's safe to assume that this new game will have something to do with cycles. And what's a more classic cycle in the Zelda franchise than the cycles of chosen heroes? on top of that, getting our hero out of commission for a bit would be a great way for the newest of demise's battle buddies for our hero to have an even bigger, cooler party at Hyrule with his super dope new Evil Tendril Powers.
anyway im going to go eat, come back, and decide if this is sane or not so enjoy.

To the probably five people who have the same brain i do:
You do not need to figure it all out.
Life is hard and complicated and there is no one solution.
You are literally not out of school yet.
You cannot live on your own yet legally.
You cannot drive a car on your own or drink.
It is ok if you struggle with making friends and don’t know what you want to do with the rest of your life.
It’s ok if you can’t figure out and pin down every single feeling you have.
It’s ok of you need help healing from things, or arent in a place where you can heal from them completely right now.
Healing takes time, it is painful.
It is good, but you need a support system and if you do not have that it is ok.
All you need to do is your best, whatever that looks like each day.
Add the simple little tasks to your checklists.
Buying that fancy cookie is ok as long as you have the money.
Just keep living and caring for other people, that’s the most you can do right now.
And honestly, that’s the best thing you can do.

Clancy is a vessel theory
With the update of dmaorg.info and the release of the outside mv, I’ve seen a new theory going around that Clancy is not a person, but rather the name of a vessel that the bishops are using to spread vialism. This makes a lot of sense to me actually, and as far as my casual lore knowledge goes it clears up some stuff! Iirc, in an interview, Tyler stated that Clancy is his way of giving fans a look into the world of Trench and DEMA. We’ve never known much about (the old) Clancy, besides that he resided in DEMA with Keons as his bishop. If Clancy is simply the name of a vessel that the bishops exploit, it would first off, help tie the incorporation of Vessel music, lyrics, references, etc into the music video and Vøldsoy. It would also explain why on dmaorg.info Clancy details his first-hand account of events that we have seen Tyler doing/performing (the Livestream show, the outside, and Saturday mvs) while previously we had received secondhand accounts of Clancy watching Tyler from a cave, possibly the one seen in the video, during the jumpsuit mv. When I read the letters detailing the show and the events of the mvs I was confused as to how Clancy would have recorded these things if Tyler was the one doing them, and why Tyler chose to show himself in the events detailed by Clancy's letters when as far as I was aware the two were separate people. But if Clancy is not one person and is instead a vessel, Tyler becoming Clancy makes his appearing in both the Livestream and the MV(s) much more logical and sensical.
And while Tyler’s role in the MV(s) and Livestream is the most concrete evidence I have, there are also a couple little things I want to bring up. One thing that Tyler started doing during the SAI era is covering/obscuring his face. This seems like an odd detail to bring up, but we've seen one other person who covered their face in lore, the unidentified child from one of the images on dmainfo.org.
[ID= a grayscale image of a child, presumably a young boy. the child has a hand over their face. /end ID] This image's filename is "se__elf" which I assume means that it is a picture of the old Clancy as a child. Tyler only began covering his face in scaled and icy era appearances, and if 'clancy is dead' and Tyler is now the new Clancy, the new vessel that the bishops have chosen to exploit, this would explain the covering of his face. The recent updates to dmaorg.info detail how Clancy was forced to create the Good Day DEMA show, his constant surveillance by the bishops, and how in his words "...they wouldn't let me write anything down. Well, at least not without them present" Surely, if Clancy is now Tyler we would have some evidence or hint at their watching of Tyler, their constant surveillance hinted somehow. And sure enough, there is. This evidence is none other than Trash the dragon. Trash is the dragon that appeared on the cover of SAI and is featured on nearly every single promotional image or merch since then. Tyler has stated in an interview that "trash dragon" is slang for vultures in DEMA. Vultures, symbolically, are practically joined at the hip to the bishops and vialism. During his Christmas Livestream, a tiny trash could be seen on his desk, as if watching what he did during the stream. This very well could be Tyler trying to show the ever-watching eyes of the bishops, their constant surveillance of Tyler. Is this true? I have absolutely zero clue. But if it is it's a fascinating turn in the events of the story and one that I really hope we get to delve into more soon!
