Fazlani Natures Nest - Wellness Resort near Mumbai
Hi guys,
I was privileged to visit the serene Fazlani Nature’s Nest last week. So here I am sharing my experience on the wellness centre situated near Takwe lake between Mumbai & Pune.
Spread over 150 acres, Fazlani Nature’s Nest offers a unique blend of wellness and recreation in the lapse of Nature. They provide holistic natural therapies  and the luxurious facilities making the healing process comfortable.
As I entered the wellness center, the FNN staff greeted us warm hospitality and organic passion fruit drink. I was introduced to Equine Therapy which is a form of experiential therapy to create a bond between humans and horses.
 Later headed to the Stallion Castle; it’s a horse castle that has bred of horses from all over the globe. It’s a fully equipped stable with a medical room and a snack bar overlooking the riding arena. I experienced the horse riding and spent quality time with the horses. Then relaxed at the viewing deck in the Stallion Castle and watched the horses running on the racecourse.
Post Equine therapy, FNN staff took us for a lunch at their in house restaurant “Hive”. It is an open air restaurant which runs on the concept of ‘Farm to Fork’ which ensures that freshest ingredients are served on the platter. The best thing is that you can pick vegetables from the overlooking farm and the chef will prepare a healthy and yummy dish for you.  
The chef laid a delicious and piping hot spread for lunch, overlooking is a breath taking view of the farm with mountains in the backdrop, Takwe Lake’s scenic beauty, birds chirping and ducks quacking etc.
It was now time to relax and rejuvenate at the Amarine Spa. The spa is spread across 25,000 sq. ft. with 24 treatment rooms. The treatments are based on a combination of Ayurveda & Naturopathy ideologies. The spa features various beauty experiences, integrating traditional and modern wellness practices with the expertise of qualified resident doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, physicians and fitness guidance.  
The staff served guava and aloe vera juice as a welcome drink at the spa. I opted for a 30 minute foot massage. They have professional masseuse and I had the most relaxing and energizing massage. Post massage they offered with an orange and lavender tea with dates and nuts. The wellness center also houses a Gymnasium, three Outdoor swimming pools and luxurious Hydrotherapy facilities.
Later the evening I spent time at the amphitheatre with birds and ducks who were taking their evening stroll. It felt so nice not to be on our digital screens for once and to spend a quiet evening so close to nature.  
A long walk at the garden overlooking the lake and enjoying the cool breeze was worth a visit at FNN.  Post sunset the staff served warm tea and sandwiches. They have a line which says ‘where natures come home’, which is true to experience. With full stomach and fuller hearts we embarked on our journey back home. It was truly one of the best experiences I have had so close to nature.
