I told myself that next time this happened I'd contact a doctor about it because it happening three times is a bit freaky but honestly I'm so scared by what this could mean health wise that I'm really putting it off

#had another one of those.... episodes at work this time no bright flashing lights but ive had a migraine all day because of the chinook #dont know how long it lasted but i just froze jn an aisle where i was putting out merchandise and #like #couldnt move for a bit and my eyes were going crazh and fluttering and jittery #i dont know #i dont know ehat the fuck is up #like.... #am i having siezures???? surely not why would i be having siezures? #but.. what else is this?????? #no one jn my family has a history of epilespy and neither have i so why suddenly would i start having them? that Mkes no sense #i havent had any like head injuries or anything? #this is the third one that i can reemmenber in just um #since just july #i have one mid july bc of flashing lights at a concert j was working #and then on at the end of november bc of flashing liklghts again at another show #and now one mid december bc of (???) #like out of no where. why would this happen out of no where #i think i might delete this post i think im just processing things by typing them out like this
