#norway's kind of needy and wants attention a lot
Text
Iceland was really hesitant to invite Hong Kong to his house because he's worried about his family embarrassing him. Hong Kong was all like 'dude, you've met my over bearing older brother and weird British rat man. How bad can they be?'.
Everything's fine at first until Norway comes running into the front room, armed with a lamp yelling 'Have you seen the goblin that stole my shit. The trolls lost sight of him in the dinning room.'
Hong Kong just thinks Norway's really into LARPing.

I never watched anything with this man (yet), I can't write anything for or with him and since I enjoy your writing...maybe you will work on a fluff and smut imagine or something with my idea...
Bill going with Tiger at a maybe not exactly Scandinavian hotel but some comfy vintage villa . At first everything it's all fluffy and they enjoy their time together knowing that soon he will have to leave for new scenes / work so after they enjoy their meal (preferably) alone something sparks in Bill's eyes and things get intense on or around the table...
Tumblr media
okay first off, YOU'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING WITH BILL? Low key, I kind of think that's awesome. Admittedly I've seen a small selection of Bill's works because I just can't handle blood and horror, and also some movies are just meh not really my thing. I do love his face though, which is why I'm still here, and I appreciate that other people perhaps love his face too.
And second of all--Ohhhh my god, how I love this aesthetic so much. Listen, I could literally talk forever about Bill and tiger in some secluded cabin somewhere--north Finland? perfect. Somewhere in the middle of Norway? Fantastic. Way on the tip of northern Sweden? Even better. I am all about that cabin life and ESPECIALLY all about that Scandinavian cabin life because god, you'v never seen something so pretty in your life. And the photo above is just...oof, it's beautiful babes.
I like this idea that tiger insists on some break time for Bill after each shoot. It's not always possible but tiger is pretty adamant about it--just a week or two--if Bill has some back to back projects lined up. And she's adamant because not only does she miss her Big Dude, but she also knows Bill's workaholic side and knows that he NEEDS the break between shoots and between characters, but that he would never insist upon it himself. So instead, tiger imposes a little. Hits all of the right buttons--tells him that she misses him, that she wants to spend some time with him. It turns Bill to mush and it's a win all around--tiger gets her time in with her Good Dude, and Bill gets a week or two vacation that he wouldn't have taken otherwise.
Sometimes he just wants to be home, after having been gone so long. But sometimes tiger wants a change of scenery, so they book something--and they have criteria, you know? It has to have a full kitchen, because they love to cook. The more secluded it is, the better. A big bathtub is preferable. A sauna is a bonus. Really, all they want is a ton of privacy and a fully equipped kitchen to work some magic in--oh, and a king-size bed, because Bill physically can't fit into anything smaller--even though he tries.
And I'll bet there's this whole other atmosphere to it when they do this, right, because it has been so long since they were together but they also know that their time is limited. Everything just seems so much more sacred, more intimate--and definitely more supercharged.
Even in regular circumstances, tiger turns into a ball of mush when she's getting a lot of affection from her Good Dude, a lot of good food, and a lot of relaxing evenings spent in the bubble bath with him. And simultaneously, Bill gets all hopped up on those protective vibes when he's able to provide those things for her, and see her reaction to it--but add in the element of borrowed time, the element of knowing that this will end sooner than they want, and it lends a whole lot of electric energy to the air around them.
And like, picture it, right? They've been cooking all day. It's a seven course meal that they made from scratch for themselves. Tiger has been mixing her famously strong drinks--some real good drinks--since the early afternoon. Everything smells incredible, and as tiger is putting the finishing touches on some dishes Bill is getting the table ready in inherently beautiful Scandinavian fashion. He lights the fire place. He pours the wine. He lights the candles. He puts a blanket on the chairs. Before dinner is served, they think a quick dip in the cold lake followed by a stint in the sauna is the perfect way to freshen up and relax a little.
They go back inside and start dishing up the food--just piling it into big bowls, setting out a few different plates. Bill is in a fluffy bathrobe, tiger is in one too but with his shirt under it, and big fluffy socks on her feet. Some soft jazz plays through the speakers as the candles flicker, and they set down to eat.
And it's so cozy, you know? It's so intimate. Even though there's no reason for it, both of them speak in a tone that's barely above a whisper.
But like, look--here's the thing. Like I mentioned above, tiger gets all small and all feeling good over good food, good wine and the company of her Good Dude any day. But in this little cabin, out in the woods? In the seclusion of it all? Knowing that he'll be gone again in a few days? Tiger is not only feeling good, but she's feeling needy. And Bill is noticing. Because seeing her there, with her feet on his lap, enjoying her food, seeing her all bundled up in his t-shirt, seeing that slight hint of demure take over her gaze, the small hunch of her shoulders? Oof, it starts to get Bill going. And all of a sudden this cozy, relaxing dinner alone in the middle of nowhere is taking on a new tone, the air is shifting, and both of them can feel it. Bill can see it on her, how small she's getting for him, and tiger can see everything she needs in the set of his jaw, the sudden square of his shoulders.
Tiger is having a hard time focusing. Bill suddenly has a knot in his stomach that jolts all the way to his balls and he's standing at attention--something that tiger notices. Her breath picks up just a little, her eyes getting wide, and that's something that Bill notices. And suddenly these two are locked in a stare down, each of them turned on beyond belief for no reason, and both about to pounce.
"Finish your dinner," Bill orders, "You didn't eat much today."
"But--"
His look from beneath his brows cuts her rebuttal off, but she can't help the small whine of despair from escaping and god it goes right to his groin. She takes a few more bites, tries to reel in her breathing, but even Bill has that vein popping from his forehead and she knows that even her Big Dude is having a hard time reeling it in.
"Dessert?" she finally offers meekly, after putting her fork down. Bill pats his mouth daintily with his napkin, setting it on the table before rising.
"Yes please," he says, "If you're offering."
And then in a flash, two big hands are on her waist and she's lifted in the air. Her ass is plunked down hard on the table, a hand on her shoulder shoving her down and then spreading her knees.
"But I made--"
Two fingers are promptly shoved in her mouth to quiet her, as his wet tongue swipes up between her folds. There's not a single protest she can utter as she moans, his own groan even louder as he licks at her again.

And now, just before the show tonight, here’s the conclusion of my ranking of the entries this year, with my top 10.
10. Sweden – Move
I never got the hype for any other song in Melfest this year so I was overjoyed when this song won! It’s just such an expression of love and joy, with a message that may be familiar but still very important. The Mamas nail those harmonies and each gets a moment to shine, their voices are so incredible. I enjoy the pop sounds in the chorus well enough, but the moment I love is when it moves in the properly gospel bridge, it just brings the energy right up.
9. Georgia – Take Me As I Am
Georgia have become one of my favourite countries in Eurovision, up there with Albania and Portugal. I’m so grateful that they stick to their guns and do their own thing, sending interesting varied music. As a halfway decent rock song, this was always going to make my top 10. It’s not perfect as far as rock goes, I feel it could do with a little more variety, it’s all very loud with long notes, and I could do with some different rhythms and levels in the verses, but the scream of anguish works very well in the chorus, and I like the grungy sound the song has. I do think this song is saying something important with the idea of wanting to be loved as who you are while taking a dig at the big 5, but I do feel the lyrics, while to the point, can feel a little basic. Tornike is one of the artists confirmed for next year, and I’m very excited to see what he brings!
8. Norway – Attention
This is the best straightforward ballad this year as far as I’m concerned. I find it deeply moving, Ulrikke sings this song and sells it so well. Lyrically, I think this is actually really strong, at first I was put off by how needy it sounds, but the main line in the chorus ‘why do I think it’s ok not being me because of you’ brings it all together and makes it clear it’s about someone who knows it isn’t healthy, but can’t help themselves, and it makes the song feel so much more relatable and painful to me. The melody is also really strong, and I adore the moment after the quieter bridge where the song absolutely lets loose in the climax.
7. Germany – Violent Thing
Sometimes a song just cuts through, and I don’t care about the lyrics, and I can’t point to what it is, but it just sets the mood so well and I just want to dance. This is that song this year. I could point to a good production, and a unique voice, but in the end I can’t really justify my love for this song other than the instrumental just works for me! I want songs to make me feel something and this is just makes me feel happy, I can’t really explain it.
6. Czech Republic – Kemama
So remember when I ranked this song 5th out of 7 in the Czech selection? I still stand by that ranking, that’s how strong that selection was this year. That said Kemama did grow on me over time. I’ve just finished my final semester at Uni and submitted my dissertation a couple of days ago, and I’m not sure when it was, but at some point this song became my relief from it all, I love how chill it sounds while still being really uplifting, and those pre-chorus lyrics (I just work like this, 24/7) became a bit of an anthem for me these past months. The lyrics hit the perfect spot between being really personal to the singer, but also very relatable. I didn’t hate the first revamp either, though it was poorly mixed, and I really like the final version, those little guitars are so nice, though like Alcohol You I wish it had upped the intensity on the final chorus by working on the backing track without having to resort to changing the melody and forcing in a dramatic note in the main line, but I think it’s still a great track.
5. Israel – Feker Libi
So looking at the average mood of my top 10 (with some exceptions), apparently I just wanted to feel good things this year. This is the song that encapsulates that, it’s such a burst of joy and fun, and the one that most successfully fills me with happiness and makes me want to dance! I think the blend of different ethnic influences in the backing and the different languages works so well here. There’s so many things that just work here, from the little instrumental line at the very opening, to the vocal calls, to the way it repeats the chorus just enough to get it well and truly stuck in your head, but switches up the beat to keep it interesting and exciting. I love the second half of the chorus where the heavier ethnic beats come in, but I think part of why it works is because it contrasts so nicely with the more familiar dance beats in the first half of the chorus. My favourite part though is the end, where it ramps up the energy with the beat switch and it’s just so good! And to top it all off it’s sung by Eden Alene, who is such a great charismatic performance, she exudes joy on that stage and just seems like someone you’d want to party with. Of all the artists who are confirmed for next year, she’s the one I’m happiest for.
4. Ukraine – Solovey
In Feker Libi I could point to so many individual parts and say why they work for me, for Solovey I just have to point to the whole song. The blend of ethnic sounds with that singing technique and the modern beats works really well, and while drops are very hit and miss for me, this one just works. It’s a truly unique entry, I can’t think of anything I can really compare it to, and one that I absolutely love.
3. The Netherlands – Grow
This song was one of the later ones released, at a similar time to many others, and I thought it was nice but kind of overlooked it the first time I heard it. I can’t remember when it was, but there was one time I was listening through all the songs, and it just reached out and touched me, and I absolutely fell in love with this song. I love the structure here, the way it starts contemplative with several verses, before the final section builds up to a peak right at the end of the song, taking you on a journey from almost bittersweet reflection to a final note of confidence and hope. Jeangu has such a great voice, and I adore the way he sings this song, he brings so much texture and emotion to the lyrics. And about those lyrics, these are easily my favourite this year. I tend not to look up lyrics for songs, if I can’t pick them out in the song, I won’t judge them, and that was absolutely true for this song, but this song really puts the lyrics front and centre so I couldn’t help but pay attention. Similar to Kemama, they’re a good mix of deeply personal and relatable, but the emotional connection is so much deeper in this song. This is the point in my ranking where I really start to mourn that we’ll be missing these songs on stage, I’m sure Jeangu will bring something great next year but this song is so excellent I’m disappointed we’ll never see it on stage.
2. Iceland – Think About Things
Looking back on my rankings at the time I almost can’t believe I didn’t rank this song first in Iceland in the semis. But by the time the final came round I knew I wanted it to win though, and it’s only grown on me since. There’s not much I can say on this song that I haven’t said before, the instrumentation is top tier, I love the 80s synth, that brass in the instrumental, and that baseline. The song progresses so nicely into the best key change of the entire Eurovision season, national finals included, and puts such a smile on my face. It might not make me want to get up and party like Feker Libi does, but it’s just so uplifting and enjoyable, and you can’t help but dance along a little. It’s also got some great lyrics which are a genuine expression of love for his daughter. I was worried the staging might make it seem a little goofy, but the overall internet reaction has been really positive, and the whole performance is just a lot of fun.
1. Lithuania – On Fire
And finally, my favourite song of this year. The perfect combination of a slick instrumental production with a real soul. The message of never being too old to live is great, and that instrumental line on the drop is just infectious. I also actually really like the way the lead singer sings, it’s a little rough but it compliments the backing track perfectly. This song absolutely stands out on it’s own but it is elevated by the staging. It’s definitely one of the best staged performances of the national final season, ‘winner vibes’ might not be the most helpful term, but this was the performance that really gave me them. We’ll never know who would have won this year, there were certainly options, but I do feel for Lithuania as this was their big chance to snatch their fist win. I don’t know if The Roop will come back next year, but I do worry that this was lightning in a bottle, I’ve listened to some of their other songs and they’re very good, but everything about this was perfect, from the song, to the staging, to the performance, and it’s going to be very hard to replicate.
Overall, I found this year a little less interesting than last year, with a lot of songs in the grey ‘this is fine’ zone, but there were plenty of songs that did stand out, and five that I truly love and look forward to listening to for years to come, as part of the Eurovision canon.

( TARJEI SANDVIK-MOE, 19, HOMOSEXUAL) BENJAMIN ‘BENJI’ TORVIK: Known for his OBEDIENCE, this doxie comes from NORWAY and can turn any cull into a beggar. Described as ADAPTABLE but also NEEDY, this will certainly be a ride for anyone looking for one. So make your way over to the MOLLY house on COVENT GARDEN if you’re not remiss about losing £1.
hello my loves ! i go by h ! i’m super excited to be here ! i applied for benji out of the blue yesterday so please be patient as i figure out my own character lol. i’d love to plot with though.
an angel fell to earth in 1744, squirming and crying his heart out. the sound broke the hearts of everyone around him, save for his mother who was laying all too still on the bed. it’s no surprise, his mother, kaja, was well acquainted around the streets of norway. it was only a matter of time before she succumbed to her sickness. benji was practically orphaned before he took his first breath.
he was taken in by another poor family, who though having a son would increase their profits. they were right, for awhile anyway. eventually, the expense of another child weighed heavily on their pockets and benji was kicked out around seven years old.
his childhood was characterized by lots of theft and hiding in small places. he was able to sleep at churches for awhile, sometimes another person would take him in. he was basically just somehow surviving time and time again, constantly getting passed around. he had to keep relearning rules and how to keep his mouth shut.
he secured a position on a fishing vessel around the age of fifteen. things were finally starting to look up. however, the work was grueling and his employer was a less than kind man. he was abused for those years while he worked on the ship, sporting a black eye practically the whole time he was there. he could have stayed on the ship but he knew he’d catch his death there.
he managed to sneak off while the ship was docked in england. of course he didn't think about the ramifications of his actions. now he was completely unemployed in a new place.
benji survived by doing a lot of stealing again, only this time he noticed that he gained the attention of certain men. he figured that using his body was a lot easier than going back to the ship. he’s too afraid to go back.
eventually, the pimp of the molly house found him practically dead in an alleyway...and he gave him a chance.
quick facts dsfgdhfhgm
benji looks like a literal cherub. a lot of men would pay to see that beauty.
he’s been at the molly house for a little while, he catches a fair price
idk he’s just...been through a lot and he’s literally petrified of the idea of returning to the ship or norway in general
benji is a little quiet but he’s sweet. he’s also a good listener so sometimes people will pay him just to nod along and smile.
he’s...baby ok
he likes to sit on his cull’s laps
he sometimes wears like a pink hue on his cheeks or lips
he’s....an angel ok
he’s been through a Lot n’ sometimes culls put him through a Lot bc he won’t say anything
it’s just
ergthyregrfe
pls love him
i want all plots !

A, E, P, U !
(     *     VALENTINE’S DAY ALPHABET   !
A   :   AFFECTION.   how does your muse show affection?
I’m going to dig out an old running joke and everyone will hate me for this. But…
Think of Eiki as a cat. As a stray kitten, maybe. Something you picked up from the shelter less than a month ago. Still a lil bit feral and distrustful. But you do your best to shower him with love, bribe him with food, let him slowly get used to you. (And yes all these are super effective on human Eiki as well, especially food bribery. You know, you don’t bite the hand that feeds you.) And soon those efforts will be rewarded.
Eiki’s love language is very subtle. He’s not one for grand gestures or (often) even verbal declarations of love. He’s skittish and easily embarrassed about PDA, and no matter how long you’ve known him, even with a possible SO, he likely won’t allow more than hand-holding when in public. That last point goes out the window when he’s in private with a person he trusts and loves, though.
For starters, he’s extremely protective of those he loves: he’ll watch over them, make sure they’re safe and warm (literally gives a shirt off his back if it comes to it, or borrows woollen socks), and will probably punch anyone who dares to insult his friends or SO (good luck trying to stop him). He also makes a point to remember little details about the people he cares for, like how they like their coffee or tea or their favourite colour/food/tv show/etc. Minding details like that doesn’t come naturally to him - he is, after all, rather self-absorbed and spends most of the time in his head; he’s not really a people person - so the fact that he makes a conscious effort to pay attention to others means a lot.
Lastly, his usual stand-offish attitude melts away when you get him one-on-one. With a person he likes, trusts, and cares for, he’ll find it easier to open up about his thoughts and feelings, have deep conversations, allow them to touch him and initiate touch on his own as well. He likes playing with people’s hair, braiding it and so on, especially if it’s long, and can even turn into a total cuddle bug with a SO whom he feels safe to show his vulnerability. Probably the ultimate show of trust would be him leaning his head on someone’s shoulder. That’s like the equivalent of your shelter kitten falling asleep in your lap for the first time.
E   :   EMBRACE.   does your muse like hugs? what are their hugs like?
Contrary to popular belief, he doesn’t actually hate hugs. I jokingly call him hugphobic a lot but tbh the “phobia” has more to do with his general trust issues rather than an aversion or fear of physical touch. It’s not that he’s never been hugged, though he may be a bit rusty at this point, he’s simply never been a super tactile person. He used to be a lot more physically affectionate as a child but now he’s, well, a teenager with some issues that make him dislike showing vulnerability and neediness. These days his thought process goes something like letting people get (physically) close to you = risk getting attached (emotionally) = handing people the tools to hurt you = LOL NOPE.
Another thing it has to do with is that he’s extremely ticklish literally everywhere and his startle reflex is rather violent… so if you approach him with unclear intentions, especially from behind, there’s a good a chance of getting elbowed in the face if you stand at the right height. So a word of advice: don’t surprise him.
In short, Eiki likes his personal space but he’s not against hugs and will hug those he’s close to… at his own terms. It’s best to ask his permission before you dive in (he rarely says no though he may ask why) and again, don’t surprise him bc he might swing accidentally. He does also sometimes ask for hugs himself, though the number of people he does that with is currently limited (usually it’s Denmark, other Nordics on rarer occasions… with the exception of Norway even though Norway is actually the person he’d like a hug from the most).
As for Eiki’s hugs! He holds people pretty tightly when you get him to agree to a hug, though usually only with only one arm casually thrown around the other person’s shoulder, maybe patting it or grasping some of their clothing. (His other hand might slip in the pocket of his skinny jeans… gotta maintain his cool image and pretend that he doesn’t actually care that much, haha.) Though if the other person uses both arms, he’ll feel like an asshole if he doesn’t respond in kind. I might also add that while his extremities (hands, feet, the tip of his nose) are always cold, his torso is like a furnace as he runs a bit hotter than average due to his volcanoes. He also wears sweaters a lot which retains his body heat so… yeah, he’s really toasty to hold.
P   :   PARTNER.   what does your muse look for in a partner? looks / personality?
I’ll let you in on a secret here: for all that Eiki acts like he hates everyone, he actually has a huge soft spot for cute people. It’s frankly hilarious to me.
And who does Eiki think are cute? People who smile a lot. People who are bright like a summer day with a spark in their eyes. People who are optimistic and lively and seek out the beauty in the most mundane things. Ones who can infect him with their enthusiasm, draw him out of his rather stagnant comfort zone, and can banish his own darkness and pessimism for even a moment. This is the type he pretty consistently falls for.
Other than a wide, sunny smile, of course he’d like his partner to have similar interests with him. If they’re not a music/art and animal lover like him, there’s no chance for a match. At the very least, his partner should accept and encourage his interests if they don’t share them. Eiki’s also an intellectual soul, a true scholar, so for him to really get interested in someone, there needs to be a match of wits as well. I think, more than anything, he’d want someone who’ll listen to him when he wants to talk and shows interest in his thoughts. (Bonus points if they can also beat him in a game of chess.)
Lastly, his partner can’t be scared of his temper. His intensity is both his greatest asset and his most fatal flaw but Eiki himself sees it as a purely negative trait. His temper is something I can’t change at this point even if I wanted to, and if he were to frighten someone important to him with his occasional tantrums (which tbh can be scary though he’d never, ever lay a hand on his partner), it would only make him feel worse about himself and eventually ruin the relationship.
U   :   UNREQUITED.   has your muse had their heart broken?
Quite a few times, yeah. Though not really by unrequited love but by people leaving him. Eiki lives up to his name, his heart is frail like ice: it’s easy to crack and even crush under enough pressure. And no matter what he tries, how much he attempts to distance himself from people, he loves deeply and gets attached easily. This includes humans as well, despite him knowing the facts of mortality. Thus far Eiki’s been in love twice, both times with human girls, the relationships predictably ending in their deaths. (The more recent one being especially scarring to him as Sóley died far younger than he predicted.) As far as other nations go, Eiki might still be harbouring a 70+ years old crush on one of his friends. I haven’t asked him about the state of that one recently.
He’s also great at breaking his own heart as he habitually pushes people away from himself out of fear of rejection and at the same time denies himself even the possibility of having nice things like friends in his life.
