Because you can't send me this as a prompt and not expect me to be inspired by Tiva.

(First portion of dialogue borrowed from NCIS season 6 episode Cloak)

"We were given a direct order not to engage!" Tim was staring at her, arms crossed over his chest and eyes dark.

"Oh really? As I recall that you were the

first one to throw a punch." She matched his stance, staring up him and ready to defend her actions.

"It was a reflex." She rolled her eyes at his weak excuse.

"Then what the hell happened after? Last thing I remember before the lights went out

was you kimbo-slicing through a room full of guards. Was that a reflex?"

"Yes, it was." She could see the clench of his jaw and the way his Adam's apple bobbed as he swallowed hard. " A Gunshot went off. I saw you…" It felt like something had smacked into her chest and suddenly it was hard for her to breath at the realization that he broke protocol because he thought she had been shot.

"I'm tired of pretending." The words she said were quiet as the came out of her mouth but by the look on Tim's face he heard them loud and clear. Worried she had said too much she started to walk away but stopped in her tracks when she heard him whisper.

"So am I." His loud exhale broke through the quiet of the room and she turned around slowly.

"Wh- what?" He ran a hand over his face as his shoulders slumped and she could tell he was tired fighting it.

"I'm tired of pretending too Lucy." She felt hope swell in her chest but tried not to let it show as she stepped closer to him.

"Tim?" His name from her lips gave him courage and she could see the moment he decided to lay it all on the line.

"I'm so damn tired of pretending I don't have feelings for you because I do. And I have for a while now but I knew that I could never do anything about it and hell, you probably don't even feel the same way about m-"

Suddenly he was being pushed against the wall and Lucy was cupping his cheeks in her hands as she pressed her lips to his.

He kissed her back with a fierceness he doesn't think he's kissed anyone with before, the weight of what was finally happening sinking in as he wrapped his arms around her and held her flush against him.

When air became a necessity they pulled back slowly, pressing a light kiss to each others lips before resting their foreheads together, neither wanting to move away.

"I'm so tired of pretending I don't have feelings for you too Tim. And I have for a while." A smile lit up his face as he leaned back in, feeling her smile against his lips.

This was the only good thing to ever come of not following a direct order.

This is it, everyone...

WiFi is turned off to avoid spoilers, Tiva playlist is playing, popcorn is made, and I'm sitting with my laptop in my nest/lofted bed. T-minus 5 minutes until this episode.

So without further ado... Here is my live blog of NCIS Season 16 episode 13: "She." I don't feel like bombarding the NCIS tag with separate posts, so it's all gonna be chunked into one.

7:58 pm: IM SO NERVOUS I CAN'T HANDLE THIS I HAVE SO MANY THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, AND CONCERNS

So, is her mother alive? How did Lily get out?

I have so much to say, but I don't want to type anymore. I just want to sit here and think, and cry, and scream. And watch this ending about a billion more times.

I have to say that im surprised how fast i seemed to have calmed down over the sad news about OUAT. I still feel a bit sad, but overall i feel very grateful and happy about the journey that the show is/was and how utterly amazing the whole Captain Swan story has been. There is still much that i need to wrap around my hand and that needs to settle in...but im not sad or devestated or anything any longer. Maybe that is the Tiva shipper in me...but Captain Swan really feels like a fairy tale story, i never thought things like that could happen until i started with “Once Upon A Time” I thought that you have to endure years and years of will they wont they, of teasing without any pay off. But what we got with Captain Swan, with Emma and Killian as characters on their own...is more than we could have ever hoped for. And for that im just happy, grateful...and now im off to watch the musical episode again and how those two got married.

i got spoiled that emily wickersham was leaving ncis in the finale...

well i finally watched it and...

im quite sad? but also yeah it was time to shake up ncis again

ive been reading some posts being upset how ellie left and it being completely out of character and they basically reused tiva but unpopular opinion coming...

i love the way ellie went out... she had ziva as a role model and been standing in her shadow for a bit, and she was right, it was time bc shes been ready, for a while now. the perfect marksman scores, her being the person finding zivas note, the working with Odette, the tension with Nick (she didnt mean for it to happen)

i hate that she didnt get a tearful and proper goodbye but im glad she had that moment with Nick at the end. Closure for all of us ellick shippers honestly. im quite sad well never get ellick babies even though they looked so cute caring for children and nick said he might want a family one day. as to ellie being ooc, i admit she didnt seem like the type to abandon everyone and go undercover but its a bold move i respect and hopefully if wickersham decides to come back like ziva she will have some character development that i feel like shes been lacking lately. they def did tiva again tho >:( . even though everyone should know will they/wont they is prevalent in crime procedurals

thank you to wickersham for giving us ellie bishop for 8 years and best of luck to her next adventure

as for me... i think its time to stop watching ncis... im honestly surprised theyve been going this long (since 2003!) ... it feels right leaving with ellie... ive watched every single episode at least once... been through kate, ziva, tony, reeves, abby, etc ... and i dont really like agent knight. i found the show right before valderrama joined the cast I think? ... yall its been 5 years since nicks been on the show... the years keep coming and they dont stop coming huh...

i hope i can follow rule 91; when you walk away, dont look back
