Land Rover Series 3 Lightweight FFR Military Very Original 24 Volt 1974 Very Original Condition still running 24 volt. Only 3 previous owners. First registered for road use 17th September 1997, when it was demobbed. First use 1974. This lightweight (military reg 31 GB 45) underwent a full ground up restoration 5 years ago with nominal use since, it’s in lovely condition, it runs and drives just as it should, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves to a large extent, study them closely and feel free to ask any questions, this really is a superb vehicle which is ready to drive. It is likely that the vehicle formed part of the HQ / A Sqn pool of vehicles, or was issued for a specific task / exercise. A Series 2 Cuthbertson Tracked Land Rover. Cuthbertson was an early manufacturer of rubber tracks, dating back to World War II, and designed the first endless rubber belt.
