Sometimes things are black & white😂. Praying y'alls Wednesday has been a great one! I can't believe that I totally forgot that yesterday was the 100th birthday of the 19th Amendment that guaranteed women the right the vote. I was looking forward to.celebrating this and then I forgot but subconsciously I must have known because I did wear white yesterday. Although I celebrate(belatedly) this I also realize as a WOC that it took another 47 years before my foremothers could vote without taking a literacy test or paying a poll tax. The right to vote is a sacred right that should never be taken for granted and especially today when we see openly voter suppression happening before our very eyes! I urge y'all regardless of political affiliation to vote don't let your choice be taken from you or be silenced! Too many people made too many sacrifices!
