I finally finished Adventure Time. All 10 seasons. Distant Lands. Fionna and Cake. Took me a week give or take. I feel empty now. Like I was on a grueling quest and I've finally returned home. I cried twice-- once at the end of Come Along With Me and again at the end of Ep 3 of Distant lands. That's a personal record.

shit im learning about tumblr:

it is nothing like twitter holy fuck. the whiplash i got from moving from twt to tumblr is insane. for one, tumblr is not cultivated for multiple accounts. twt has a very convenient account switcher, to which i noticed was nowhere to be found on tumblr. i don't mean the extra blog thing i mean whole separate accounts. with different emails. if i knew this before i made forlorn gems (FG) i would have made my main and attached FG to my main. i havent even experimented with the extra blog thing so i dont even know if it works like that. now i just have two accounts :/ .

tags. what is with tags? i see some people reblog stuff and they put their quote of the reblog in the form of a tag. sometimes i see other things that aren't necessarily categories in the form of tags. why is this? /genq

blog pages. im assuming i need to know real html (not fandom wiki html) to make one of those.

editing. from what i've observed, if you edit a post after someone reblogs it, the previous version of the post remains on their page (either this or my shit was glitching)

accessibility. i need to get used to making alt text. (which is not a problem. im happy to make my page a little more accessible)

I think I should ask my GM for a raise. My justification: I currently make 11/hr. If we get new hires, 9 times out of 10 I will be training them if the manager cannot. Based off of how I'm scheduled, it's clear I'm the designated line cook. (Production is the only thing I do and I'm damn good at it.) I've almost never been late (and compared to the others at my job being late twice in the span of 6 months isn't bad at all.) I'm willing to stay late in my shift if others are late. Additionally, because we are ridiculously short staffed I'm often doing double duty, sometimes triple. I put up with rude customers and coworkers and somehow manage to keep a level head.

am I being entitled or what

alright. my health is beginning to concern me now. it's starting to stop me from doing the things im typically able to do. this is the second day in a row where my chest hurt so bad that i had no choice but to go lie down for the night. i had a whole fit last night where my appendix was hurting like crazy, i was disoriented and i had chills. im holding onto the hope that this just magically stops like it usually does but i genuinely do not think thats viable anymore
