I had fresh summer plums to use up so plum crumble it is! @marthastewart recipe of course. It had a cookie dough type base in the bottom of the pan made with cinnamon - you par bake it. Then fresh plums on top, pour over cream and eggs and almond extract, and lastly a butter/sugar/flour mix.
