A belated happy April! It's been raining nearly every day so far and the flowers are coming up again. I didn't post this icon earlier because I didn't have all that much fandom news to share. I'm trying to take it a little easier in recent months and chill with friends and family more, and also get back into reading more original fiction.

Authors are revealed in the 2024 MXTX Remix tomorrow, which essentially means I will have another new fic up tomorrow!

The not-anonymous Qijiu fic I've just started, "Some Unknown Corner", is so that I can exorcise this fic idea and also reacquaint myself with Shen Jiu's past as I continue to slowly work on "Sit With Your Soul". (I know! I meant to be posting it again by now!) This Qijiu fic should be less than 10 chapters, I'm currently looking at about 5-7 chapters by my outline, and I'm leaning towards updating it twice a week. (Chapter 2 sometime this weekend at the latest.)

Hello! I've been wanting to do something happy for Qijiu for a whiiiiile and this is the bloody result. This heavily remixes the Immortal Alliance Conference Qijiu extra (Volume 4), and will draw directly from other extras (Vol. 4) and stuff like Yue Qingyuan's belated confessions to Shen Yuan at Mai Gu Ridge (Volume 3).

I do not have a set update schedule yet. We're going to go with the flow. This first chapter is around 3,000 words long.

I don't know when I'll be posting the next chapter of "Some Unknown Corner" (Qijiu Canon Divergence AU), unfortunately. I'm trying to be a little loose and relaxed about this, and this end of week is kind of busy for me. Sometime this weekend at the latest, again, I think, which miiiiight mean that I won't update on the Monday.

(I'll take a break if I need to, I just like trying to keep something of a schedule and trying to keep everyone updated helps me settle my mental calendar. I know the feeling of hopefully refreshing a page all day.)
