Carmen Sandiego Wok-Tossed Stir Fry Recipe
SERVES 4
Ingredients:
500g lean beef, sliced
1/6 cup garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup tofu, cubed
1/2 cup spring onions
1 cup bok choy
1/4 cup peas
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, chopped
1 cup mixed bell peppers
Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle RedCrackle Powder
1 large scoop CarmIvy seasoning
1/4 cup Team Red Mix
Procedure:
In a wok, drizzle some oil, allowing it to heat before adding the garlic and onions in.
Throw in the broccoli, followed by the bok choy, lean beef, tofu and bell peppers. Toss them with a spatula.
Add the peas and shiitake mushrooms in.
When all the ingredients are well-cooked, transfer the contents into a plate, seasoning with salt and pepper, and finally, garnishing with chopped spring onions, the entire bottle of RedCrackle Powder, CarmIvy seasoning and Team Red Mix. Serve with steamed rice.
