And The Tarleton Murders by Breck England is a great Sherlock Holmes book. It’s about his time in America and he shows up in my neck of the woods. I’ve read it multiple times.

if you dont mine me asking, what is your relationship to sahs1x1? how did you guys meet? noticed you said she was the most important person to you on your blog.

Sah is one of my best friend, we met more than a year ago. We took a while to write together and after that? We became good friends. I care about her deeply and value her friendship. She’s a bean tbh 💕 she amazing person.

Klaus is calling out as soon as he catches sight of his brother, extending an arm and limply waving it in attempt to get attention from where he's laying, sprawled across the couch.

"Hellooo, my favorite living brother."

He offers a smile, trying to coax Diego into coming closer so he didn't have to continue calling over.

"Could you do me a favor?" Eyelashes are being fluttered with as much persuasion as he can muster, as if that would actually help any. "Pretty please?"

If somebody had asked Klaus Hargreeves where he’d expected to be in life- say- a year ago? His answer would probably be ‘not dead, but trying.’ He’d expect to be out there saying hi to the medics he’d gotten to know by name over the years of his unsuccessful overdoses- not that they were all intentional- as they brought him back for yet another round of the glorious nuisance that is life.

What his answer would not have been, however, is- stuck in the 60′s, getting drafted into a war he doesn’t even remember learning about in class (not that his classes were anywhere near normal, thank you reginald,), and .. well, yeah, that about sums it up.

Now, this situation as a whole was.. not ideal. In fact, Klaus would rather be literally anywhere but here, all things considered. But there’s not really much he can do at this point, now, is there? He’s stuck twenty years pre-his-birth, with no knowledge on how to get back and a very large lack of Ben-or-Five to help him figure it out, all while having to deal with probably the worst situation possible.

Horrible cafeteria food.

“You know, I am not looking forward to the next- uh, how long are we going to be out there? Especially if this is what we have to eat.”

It’s directed towards anybody who’ll listen to him- he’s used to just speaking and having somebody respond. Spoken as hee slides up to a table and drops his ‘food’ onto it without much care for the noise, sitting down with it.

“My spoon is going to break trying to get out of those,” air quotes, “potatoes.”
