Hello! I was your invisible friend! Here's headcanons of Veigar for you :)

-At first, I think Veigar would be a bit hesitant about being affectionate. He has to keep up his rep as the greatest villain in Runeterra! In the beginning, secretly he finds himself yearning for you, he stays up at night scheming but keeps finding himself interrupted by romantic thoughts like holding hands or spending time with you (to his dismay).

-He would definitely try to impress you with his evil deeds and schemes, even though most of the time he comes off as a totally harmless little guy. You know how in movies the villains announce their evil plan to the hero? He does that, but with you instead. Please encourage him and hype him up over his plans, he loves it and gets so excited that he has someone listening to and encouraging him.

-Even though you two had a rocky relationship at first he enjoys having you by his side as a partner. Most of his evil schemes don’t go well, so he hopes that having you by his side will make things go how he wants them to. Even if he does accidentally come off as harmless with his plans, he’s glad he at least has you to be by his side during them.

-Definitely would be into gift-giving! Finds ancient magical artifacts and gives them to you, on his travels he’s found a lot of magical objects and hopes they’ll be useful to you. One time gave you a magical pendant, not only was it super useful in the long run for battles but he thought it looked nice on you.

-I think he would take a while to warm up to it, but becomes used to physical affection and likes cuddles. He doesn’t like being pointed out about his size, and ‘cute’ is definitely not a word he likes used to describe him but he does enjoy being held. He still likes to feel all strong and mighty but he’ll let you pick him up. Sometimes.

-When he gets frustrated when his evil plots go wrong, he’s glad he has you there to comfort him. He does keep trying to make them work but having you by his side to encourage him definitely helps him with his confidence, and he thinks of you whenever he’s plotting as well.

-When his old self slips out on occasion, he definitely finds himself being softer than he would like to admit. He’s so glad to have someone who truly loves him, he thought for the most part he would be alone in his evil journey. Even if he doesn’t always say it much, he truly loves and values your company.

-Even though he has a bit of an ego and won’t always admit how much he cares about you, you’re his soft spot. He won’t admit that he would drop everything for you, even if it meant putting aside his evil plans. He wouldn’t think that he would either, but he surprises himself. He won’t say it, but before he met you he was lonely, and having a companion has made him so much happier.

-He’s scared of losing you. Now that he finally has someone by his side, life has been so much more fun and enjoyable having a partner in crime. He doesn’t want to be alone again, and his worst fear is one day waking up and you’re not there. Please reassure him that you’re not going anywhere.
