Improving/Redesigning Class 1-B Quirks & Hero Names [Part 1]
I love Class 1-B so much. They have so much diversity and love for each other. And they don't have a B*kugo that constantly tears them down or a M*neta that constantly pervs on the girls but goddamn do their Quirks need improving/redesigning.
@tiredfloof @moshiguro
That's what I'm here for.
Neito Monoma
Hero Name: Phantom Thief
Quirk: Steal
Type: Emitter
Description: Monoma can "steal" the Quirks of those around him through one of two ways for two different Quirks: He can steal Emitter Quirks via touch and Transformation Quirks via ingestion of blood. However, he prefers to copy Emitters because he considers the latter method gross and unsanitary and should only be used in dire situations.
The weaknesses of this ability is that Monoma can only copy two Quirks at a time, cannot copy Mutant Quirks, and is at risk for blood diseases if he were to ingest the blood of his opponents.
Itsuka Kendo
Hero Name: Miss Wipeout
Quirk: Big Hand
Type: Transformation
Description: Kendo has the ability to enlarge both or one of her hands to be three times larger than her body by heating up her hands. Along with an increase in size, Kendo's physical strength also increases as she is able to crush metal objects, carry heavy objects, and knock out people with a few strikes. Her body is able to support her hands' increased weight as well.
The weaknesses to this Quirk that Kendo must heat up her hands, her hands are susceptible to harm as they are exposed, and so is the rest of her body. Another is that she cannot enlarge them in tight or small areas.
Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu
Hero Name: Ironhide
Quirk: Iron Armor
Type: Transformation
Description: Iron Armor allows Tetsutetsu to cover his whole body or parts of his body in iron armor. The armor makes him virtually impenetrable, allowing him to withstand bullets, blades, and hazards. Iron Armor also grants him resistance to ice and freezing as well as heat and fire.
The weaknesses to this Quirk are that it is not naturally resistant to high levels of heat and Tetsutetsu could even melt under such temperatures, overuse will cause the armor to become less hard and give the user iron deficiency, meaning that the user must consume a safe amount of iron for the Quirk to be affective. Also that it has a set limit of hardness.
Ibara Shiozaki
Hero Name: Eden
Quirk: Vine
Type: Mutant
Description: Ibara has thorny vines in place of regular hair. These vines can be manipulated by Ibara via her mind to grow in length and size, bind opponents, and more. She can also control the thorns on her hair, making them spike up or reducing their size. Because her vines are not conductors of electricity, Ibara has resistance against electric Quirks.
The weaknesses to this Quirk is that control of the vines requires Ibara to have control over her emotions. Should she become too emotional, the vines will become hostile and act on their own. Another is that much like hair, the vines can be cut off. In order to regrow them, Ibara must soak her hair with water and bathe it in sunlight much like an actual plant.
Kinoko Komori
Hero Name: Shemage
Quirk: Mushroom
Type: Emitter
Description: Kinoko has the ability to produce spores from the freckles on her body. Once the spores make contact with a solid surface, Kinoko has the ability to spread them across any surface at the user's will, such as the user's own body or the bodies of others. The spread occurs much quicker in areas of high humidity.
The weaknesses of this Quirk is that the spores and mushrooms aren't resistant to fire and can be burned as well as ethanol. Another weakness is that Kinoko has to hydrate herself in order to produce these spores.
Jurota Shishida
Hero Name: Titanus
Quirk: Beast
Type: Mutant/Transformation
Description: Beast allows Jurota to turn into a large beast and his already beastly physical features change. His fur becomes darkened, his fangs grow larger, and his claws grow longer. In this form, his physical strength and speed increase. He is able to send an opponent flying back with the swipe of his claws. Jurota also gains an increase in his senses as his sense of smell gains a wider range.
The weaknesses of this Quirk is that Jurota is susceptible to going feral and lashing out due to his animal nature. Another weakness is that he can be tricked easily, especially with his scent of smell by masking a natural odor with another one.
