Cormorant - Residential - 40x30

Hello everyone,

If you follow me @oasislandingresident you've most likely have seen me share my WIP as I built this beast and it's finally in a place where I'm happy to share. Other than the kitchen, it is not furnished.

It has a open plan in the first floor which has the kitchen, living room, hobby/office room. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and another open plan on 3rd. If you go down to the basement you'll have the garage and access to the garden. I plan on starting an actual garden there and maybe adding a hot tub on behind the rocks as I secure it with a green hedge.

Anyways, no cc. You need Island Paradise and Late Night for it to look exactly like this. SPs only add a few objects.

It goes on the hill lot which is called Cormorant. I demolished the house that was there and built this.

I chose the lot I have the Fletcher Farm on because I like the location and the size isn't too small or too big!

The bones of the build! I'm so happy I didn't lose this, lol. I would have been so sad!

It was nighttime in my save when I came out of Build/Buy. Then I forgot to take daylight pics-so have an autumn one.

This is the house the Oona's AU life will be. I've already been playing it so I'll have pics to upload (in all honesty I have a TON of pics from other saves I could share lol). Anyways... inspo for this build was found on Pinterest!
