Finished this little hybrid bug but never posted it. Made up of parts from four different dolls 😀

I may paint the arms at some point but not sure ^^

SIO2 split

hey guys if i decide on getting an SIO2 silkworm doll would anyone be interested in doing a split with me? while the body is lovely it's just not really something that would fit in with my collection while the head is perfect for one of my ocs !! Let me know if ur interested!

Ohhh why didn’t I try this head on the SIO2 Silkworm body before?! S/he’s adorable and the resin match is perfect! The head sculpt is 喵噜 (Meow-Lu?) from a Chinese artist, Bird’s Mystery Creature Farm (鸟方的谜之生物养殖场). 

I’ve also switched out the original torso for an Island Doll upper torso and arms because the SIO2 neck is just too bulbous and there’s not resin there to be easily moddable. The waist piece will need a simple subtractive mod to fit the chest. I’ll string her 5Stardoll mantis arms back on the new torso once that’s been done. \o/

Doll Chateau Beatrice mockup Who's got two thumbs, a (neglected) blank Doll Chateau Beatrice, and a packet of iDye Poly Green?

I have a bunch of things I’m going to dye with this green packet, if I can get around to it today or tomorrow ‘-‘b The main dye job is my SIO2 Silkworm body, but might as well use the entire dye packet all at once while I’m at it. If I can fit in my green Patchmist mutant rabbit while both the pigment and my energy last, I’ll dip-dye that too. This DC Beatrice will be like a reverse of my Dollzone Anson. As to whether I can manage to leave the white resin undyed while dipping, that remains to be seen!

Current work! Faceups complete, and the second one is by far the best I’ve done so far - progress yay! Also working on modding my SIO2 Silkworm waist part to fit an Island Doll upper torso. Still needs refinement, and possibly to add a joint lock at the back... 🤔
