#moving on and recovering from mental breakdowns has got to be one of the worst things ever #i went through one last night because my mom wouldn't stop bitching about sth that im too scared of sharing #ans i simply just... couldbr take it anymore bhhhug i literally exploded #literally years and years of having to deal with so much stress and mental abuse #and me not knowing how to control amd express myself jughyg #i never cried sp much until that moment... i was done with everything vhghjh i literally couldn't handle anything in that moment #eventually dad came and tried to calm me down and mom apologized a lil but it was just htghyfgt #i hate myself i hate that i cant control my emotions at all i hate that im scared that no one cares about me or that im not taken seriously #i need to go now cuz im at uni and i must pretend that nothing happened bhghhgh #idk if i have a future ahead of me im scared of everything idk what to do anymore #delete later #sorry for this rant hyfhyy but im so close to exploding in the uni bathroom my mind cant handle thus gyfhjghhhggggg
