work anxiety really sucks because I can’t dismiss my most crazy fears as irrational because I can’t stress enough how much they’ve actually happened to me

#todays example: my boss asks me to reach out to a specific person. I double check the instruction 6 times #because what if that person reaches back out to my boss and tells her I talked to them and then my boss gets mad #that’s not irrational that’s something that actually happened once 🙂 #spending from 16-31 in insane toxic work environments really did a number on me #unnecessary dramatics
