I really hope Gendry is going to live but i am scared af. I don't know what to think. Sitting here looking for proof he is going to stay alive.

apart from the complete destruction of his AND arya’s narrative arc (she’s one of the KEY FIVE!), let’s see some proof pointed out by our bloody epic fandom

1. the got weapons master talking about that super cool weapon yet to come which will most likely be used to kill the night king. a known/trusted leaker of got talked about this weapon that will be made by gendry with sam and bran’s help. 

2. that interview he had in spain wearing a completely different outfit as well for the bts scenes (thanks @smoldany for pointing it out!) and joe filmed for far longer than what you’d expect for just three eps! also he wrapped in spain.

3. joe said in an interview that most of his time this season is reconnecting with arya and we’ve seen some of that in ep 1 and 2 but they’re more like flirty banter + end-of-the-world loving + SCARS. we haven’t really seen this yet so it’s coming.

and just narratively, by the old gods and the new, i cannot even begin to comprehend the idea that the incredible writers of got would all of a sudden go on a downward spiral when it comes to character arcs and coming to a full circle. gendry’s arc is just.not.done.

Inevitable - Chapter 6/6 - Inescapable

Last chapter of Inevitable is finally up! This has been an amazing experience - I still can’t believe that I wrote a fic, made it into a multichapter, and finished it. Thank you everyone for the support you have given me - it means the world.
