Realizing now that I don’t share enough about why I love my bf but it’s because the first time I went over to his house, he had no bed, just a mattress on the floor; the house had no furniture, just a $100+ persian rug. He then proceeded to make me bruchetta and while I cut the basil (the wrong way) he sawed off the end of the french baguette and then proceeded to bite chunks out of it, plain, over the sink so no crumbs got on the floor.

Which I never understood but I think he said it was because the floor was cold #I've never met someone so simultaneously like myself where _no fucks are given_ about things that do not matter to you #but the things that _do_ matter like Good Food and Cotton Tshirts are worth getting into a fistfight over #he then proceeded to tell me that the declaration of independence was outdated and we shouldn't have the concept of All Men Are Created Equa #and I nearly punched him in the face #we only revisit that conversation for me to tell him what a fucking moron he is #I love him a lot #j #self #bf
