i hate that i had to compile articles and data for my mother to read to prove my point on why the romani people are used as a scapegoat and they're not actually our enemies :/

#the xenophobia is so fucking bad here it makes me so angry so so angry #people don't even realise far right political parties always use minorities to grow their base #it's frustrating #i'm a bit worried for our next elections now that our government has fallen #i was listening to the guy that's head of the party that's more right wing and he was doing so well talking about how we need a romodeling #in our economy and justice and how we have too much tax burden and then he started bringing immigrants and minority groups into the #conversation ☠️ #mind you this is the same political party that had a political plan of nine (9) pages in the last elections (even a kid in school writes #more than that for an assignment) #the same party that contradicts their own propositions #the same party that has had a bunch of scandals but thinks they're high and mighty talking about corruption #and people still defend them which is actually scary #anyway sorry for the rant i'm just done being european and done with our shit show of clowns as politicians #and disappointed to see my country follow the trend of other european countries
