Moe Dunford is a champ: He highlighted his love and appreciation for Ivan Kaye as an actor and human being throughout their panel, picked the photo that doesn't show him from the front but the cordial relationship between King Aelle and Aethelwulf for an autograph and look what he wrote on it! ⬇️

I knew they were friends but I was surprised by the strength of Moe's love for Ivan and how it poured out of him. He even used every opportunity to point to the mostly overlooked work Ivan has done to show King Aelle's endearing aspects as a family man despite the overwhelming odds of an insufficient script.

Moe thoroughly won me over at this con because he truly gave Ivan what he deserves and it touched me deeply to witness it after several years of my own online efforts to make people more aware of Ivan's qualities.

It was beautiful to see these two together on stage and I would love to see that again soon.

Also thanks to the German Vikings Con for making this happen finally - it was Moe's first con and the first with Vikings for Ivan and they also brought Amy Bailey for the first time, as well as John Kavanagh, I believe.

I recorded the whole panel, btw, and will bring it to you in pieces and most of it to Youtube as soon as I've managed to edit it (did way too much zooming to find the best distance and sadly had people walking through the picture at one of the most beautiful points).
